Best workout sessions in west desmoines city , good knowledge about nutrition and diet plans , knowledgeable professional trainers and especially my fav coach Payton she is amazing and super talented , if you want to loose fat and get Lean then your next stop should be west desmoines fit bit body camp 👍🏻 Coach joe tewell is extremely talented and he gives good knowledge about good food and recepies .

I am so happy I joined FBBC over a year ago. The workouts are awesome and only 30 minutes! The workouts are challenging and effective. Never boring! Coach Tewell and Coach Jessica are the best around. They are so knowledgeable and have a true passion of helping people meet their fitness goals I love the 30-minute workouts which are challenging and very effective! FBBC is more than a gym it’s a community. I get motivated and sweaty when I’m there, supported by the amazing coaches, and called out by my 5:30 crew when I miss a workout! If you let yourself go and get out of the working out routine it's really hard at 55+ to start again.....but one of the things I love about FBBC is the 30 min class time.
Jessica (coach) is so personable and very conscientious of clients at different levels, making adjustments based on physical needs.

Joining WDM Fit Body Boot Camp is the best decision I've made! I love the 30-minute workouts which are challenging and very effective! Coach Joe and Coach Jessica are so good at modifying the workouts for those who need it. I never thought I would join a "boot camp" but this is awesome! Body fat is down, and I am stronger at 65 than when I was 40!

FBBC is amazing. I won a 28 day membership starting Sept 14. I've belonged to similar gyms in the past, but none that compared to this. I was apprehensive about 30 minute workouts, but these are amazing. I leave there every day feeling like I really accomplished something. Furthermore, the trainers have a true interest in the clients and their health. The goal isn't around weight loss, but rather a healthy and fit lifestyle (which, in turn, will lead to the loss if that is your ultimate goal). Can't wait to see the results of my fitness test after the 28 days is up. (And, by the way, I have no concerns about COVID - the place is super clean and everyone stays in their own box marked on the floor!)

FBBC is a great place to workout! One of the best parts is that the workouts are short(30 minutes). The classes are different every time and you never do the same workout. Another important part, especially nowadays, the gym is very clean and is always being sanitized. Every time I'm in class I feel welcomed and the people there are great which is an added bonus! If you're struggling to find a place to workout you should try a class at FBBC and see if it's the right fit for you!!

FBBC is a great place to get started working out again! They have tough workouts but demonstrate how to modify each exercise, so that I can participate to the best of my abilities, while at the same time they encourage me to challenge myself to the next level. After only six workouts, I have noticed an increase in my strength and stamina.

Time for an updated review:
I am now 250 sessions in at FBBC and have completed their New Year New You challenge since starting back in April 2019. My whole health has changed. I've always been active and fit but I completed one of their challenges that focused on nutrient and was a game changer. My physical form and strength have improved and I'm loving my results.

I just started but in my first sessions. I like the personal help and encouragement to do my best and to have the instruction on form, they are kind and inspiring but remind you that you are there to work. It's 30 minutes of concentrating on you going to the limits but then taking one more little jump forward to a healthier happier you. This is a class where everyone is acknowledged and given encouragement to give your all, no matter where you are on the fitness scale. I like that there are a variety of people and fitness levels, its a must do if you want to maximize your fitness in a minimum of time.

I started here and was nervous but the coaches make you feel welcome and help you with modifying exercises as needed. They encourage you and push you. The workouts are not easy but if you put forth the effort you will get results. It's only 30 min. I lost 60 lbs in the first 3 months there with the help of coach Joe. I love this workout, love the coaches and I look forward to the workouts each day. Love the flexibility of having morning or evening workouts. You can go when it is convenient for you. Great people workout here together and you build friendships and everyone supports you and encourages you along the way.

I joined the 10 week challenge with my friend because I wanted something different for my life. I’m 62 years old, retired, and haven’t really exercised since I was 19 and in Navy boot camp. I wasn’t sure if I was up to it. But thanks to my trainer and other members showing me how to modify the exercises I am now able to do more of the exercises. I joined the gym after the 10 week challenge because I liked the results I was getting. I lost some weight decreased my body fat and most of all built more confidence. I am so grateful for the amazing opportunity this has given me.

This is a great place to work out, quick but very effective workouts.
The coaches are awesome, the best of the best. The make me feel important because they really care about me, I am not one more number on there files, they know my name, they encourage me and help me every way possible to reach my goal, i have a long way to go but I know that I am the right place-to make it happen.
The owner is a great person too, all staff very friendly and helpful.
I am just starting this journey but I hope to have a long last relationship with you guys.

I may be a bit biased as I am a Coach at this amazing facility, but I do have to brag that the programming, management, vision and members are TOP NOTCH! I've had such a positive experience since joining Fit Body Boot Camp. I joined after having my second kid and going back to work full-time. I didn't want those things to be my 'excuses' for not working out or holding myself accountable in the kitchen.
Fit Body has been full circle for me, giving me a 30-minute workout (from start to finish) and coaches that hold you accountable with nutrition and staying consistent by coming to class. Overall I'd say this is a good place if you're looking for a long-term lifestyle of being at a healthy weight and getting toned through fitness.

I have been going to this gym, since it opened and love it! I have had great results. I love that it is short but effective! This place is fantastic. Quick but very effective workouts. Staff is amazing. They care about getting you to live a healthy lifestyle and will always take time to listen to you and help you get you to the next mile stone. Very clean gym and equipment. If you want a quick yet powerful workout look no further. I was shocked at how much you can accomplish at FBBC in just 30 minutes. You never get bored because every day is a new workout. I first met Joe in 1990. From the very first time I met him he always greeted me with excitement in his voice while giving me eye contact with a smile! Over time I realized it was not only real but really authentic! His professionalism is second to none. My coaches here are phenomenal!!!!! Let me say that again PHENOMENAL! If you want to change your mindset and body at the same time here is where you need to be! Now don't come if you're not going to give 110% of your mind, 110% of your body, and 110% of your soul! This fitness is life changing and requires total discipline.
