Our 7 year old loves to go here. Kai was really good at this we miss this place just don't know how to communicate or settle finances.. wish business owners would go back to personal phone lines so you can talk to the owner when you need to..

My son is a competitive gymnastics and I was looking for a team. I found 316 Gymnastics and drove 2 hours from Manhattan down to Wichita to check it out. I was so impressed! I have been driving 2 hours each way three days per week since September 2022 and plan to do so until my son graduates in eight years. The boys on the team are motivated, dedicated, and so supportive of each other. The treat each other with kindness and respect. Part of this is because they are a great group of boys with great parents, but a larger reason is the coaches.

The incredible attitude of caring and support is a mission and personal value that each coach, from the gym owner (Tristian Rodriguez), the boy's team head coach and assistant head coach, and down to the newest coaches who work with the youngest boys, all exhibit and model for each of the gymnasts.

Unlike other gyms, this support is demonstrated not just within the boys' team and within the girls' teams, but across the teams. The motto for the gym is One Gym

Great place for kids to learn and develop their skills. I had 4 kids go there and they loved it every time. The coaches are great and really care about the kids which is a hard thing to find.

This place is great. It has space for parents to observe the kids and their progress. Coaching staff is obsolete in their instruction and work with kids on their development and skills.

Absolutely without a doubt the premier gymnastics academy in the Wichita area. I have high expectations and they meet and exceed. I love that the coaches are strict, if your looking for a daycare there are plenty of other places to go, they train Olympic athletes here!

Very professional and great open communication and customer service. Top-notch, small group and hands on instruction and expertise in all levels in both girls and boys gymnastics. The coaches really value healthy relationships and all aspects of the program and care deeply about the gymnasts and communicating with parents. Very clean facility with great equipment. This gym is a long waited for blessing for gymnasts and families in the Wichita area.

I love how welcoming this gym is, yet very professional. Great for beginner to advanced gymnastics. Parents are encouraged to come in and watch students and the coaches are very open to communication.
