While it was intimidating at first, I originally started going to improve some chronic pain and physical health. With how welcoming, kind the space is, Iβve made yoga part of my weekly practice.
All the instructors are both knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. A unique opportunity.

I went to Mondayβs ying yang class tonight with Mena leading the flow. Mena delivered many modifications and even physically helped me with my bolster pillow during the ending stretches. Very accommodating for all levels. Especially patient with beginners and willing to teach.
Wonderful experience! Canβt wait to go tomorrow!

As a visitor from Florida who comes here for several weeks in the summer to see family and as a yogi for 25 years, I am very impressed with A Work in Progress. The studio is fully equipped with props and plants. It is light and inviting and clean. The instructors are pleasant and welcoming and solid practitioners. The prices are reasonable and it is non-profit. I look forward to visiting again the next time I am in Salina.

I had a truly great experience practicing at this studio while visiting from out of town. It was an unexpected pleasant surprise! The instructors were as good as you will find anywhere in the U.S. and the atmosphere was just Devine. The studio is super clean full of plants, oxygen and great vibes! Just wonderful all around and very deserving of its 5 star ranking.

Solid studio and well thought out design. As a previous studio owner, I love this space. Special considerations for acoustics can be seen from audio equipment to the layout and use of plants to both βspruceβ up the space and dampen any echo. Class flow was spot on for a yin class and made my brief stay in Salina so much more grounded and relaxed. Thank you!

This studio is such a beautiful, welcoming space- I've been to multiple studios in the past couple of months and there's something really special about yours. As an out-of-town guest for a few days, I felt at home immediately. Best wishes for the future as you provide this awesome service for your community!

Go. Even if you don't feel like getting up, just go. Let's start with the atmosphere and building. This place oozes calm. Relaxing music, essential oils and fragrances in the air. Next the classes. Instructors are A-MAZ-ING. No pressure, no stress. They provide you with tools to help you achieve the ultimate stretch and relaxation techniques. So therapeutic, and believe me I paid way more for therapy and got a lot less out of it than this class. So go. You deserve it.

Love this studio! The space is energetic and calming all at the same time! The instructors are amazing and everyone is judgment free. Just go and do you! There are a variety of classes to choose from and all can be modified for ALL levels! And who doesnβt love a cold washcloth compress with essential oils after a hot yoga class!

The studio, teachers and members are all magnificent. The studio radiates an energy and calmness that just makes you feel good when you step in the door. The teachers are all welcoming, helpful and have an contagious spirit to brighten your day. The members are kind and offer a space that fosters growth in a judgement free zone. The prices are beyond a steal. All together this is an incredible place for anyone, always.

This studio is amazing! It's open, non-judgemental, caters to all levels of practice and is so nurturing! Veazey Caitlin Nevitt came to this community with a vision and WOW did she deliver. As we are not traditional church goers, this community of yogi's has been so important to us and has literally changed our lives.

I went to a Mindful Strenght Hatha this morning with Robin and got exactly what I needed on this Sunday morning. It was a great combination of flows and poses that I could modify to my own intensity. Great direction by Robin , and as always she's great at giving individual attention and guidance where it's needed. Decent class size with all levels of experience. Price is super reasonable and equipment can be provided with no extra fees. AWIP is really one of Salina's jems.

AH! I absolutely love this yoga community! I felt a bit intimidated before walking in for the first time but everyone tends to their own practice and skills. Very comforting and a wide range of classes. Every teacher has an enlightenment to teach. Honestly was surprised to find such a cool studio in the middle of Kansas. Anyways I'm rambling.. just go!!
