There is no longer a gym here. I tried visiting this location from out of state while on the road, so I'm disappointed that I wasted time taking a detour to stop here. Needs to be updated on google.

Gym is very clean and equipment is well taken care of. If you're ever looking for help on how to use a piece of equipment the staff amd other members are all very helpful! Fair priced. Recommend to anyone.

In all seriousness the gym is great. I have been at this gym for a few years. Very nice members and the gym staff is friendly. Always equipment and weights available. The gym is kept in good order, clean, and new equipment was just brought in.

I was in Topeka from Austin Texas. I was going thru combact tramua at the VA. Anytime Fitness opens its doors to vets. Great team that works here....thanks

I’ve been with this gym off and on for the last 3 years. I’ve always found chill people at this gym, friendly and respectful staff and a clean gym. Trainers there are dedicated to their clients and are flexible with their schedules. And they have competitive rates for all the great services and classes they provide.

Not pleased with the way thia comlany is managed. Moved to an area eith no anytime even remotely near me, was told theyd cancel my membership. No i owe 300 plus dollars and am getting a phone call from.there attorney dont do business here.

One star because you have to leave at least one. Terrible customer service; trainer who really doesn't want to learn anything about you because "after all, he is a trainer, not a bartender to whom you talk to". Fees are high for what little you get; cancellation is more than difficult and they will tell you all kinds of things to get you to sign up. AWFUL.

They made me come for an appointment to get membership but when I got there nobody was there and nobody answer the phone calls. They are not serious... this gym and its People is a joke

Anytime Fitness is convenient for the person on the go and needs a gym at anytime of the day. I find the gym to be very small and many times their ellipticals are ofter broken making funny sounds. This causes many people to wait around for one that properly works. They also have tv's attached to these ellipticals with headphone jacks, but again there are only certain machines where the headphone jacks work. I also signed up for a 14 month contract, in this 14 month contract you were allowed 2 months free. To get those 2 months free you had to tell the club when you wanted to take them. Good luck getting ahold of anyone to get those it took me months to get in touch with anyone about it. When I finally did the trainer that worked there had no idea what I was talking about. When it came around to the end of my 14 month contract in October 2013, I called and called to make sure my contract was ending to end the automatic withdraw from my account. Finally got in touch with someone the trainer told me that I had a 18 month contract, I told her no I signed a 14 month one. I asked her If she could fax me a copy of my agreement and she never did. I thought forget it 4 more months and I am done with this gym. Now in Feb 2014 I have emailed and called and finally got a call back. Conveniently the gym waited to get back with me after the billing for the month and then proceeded to tell me I had to give a 30 day notice before the billing to their financial company. When I talked to the financial company they told me I would have to send a letter of canceling the membership because apparently verbal cancelation was not good enough. They also gave me a website where I can view my contract agreement online… how come nobody that works there knows about this website when i asked for it to be faxed?
This gym is poorly ran, I realize its called anytime fitness and that part works, sometimes.
But then again it should be called anytime fitness with a no time staff. Terrible

Never got a membership cause well could never get ahold of anyone no walk in hours one time 1 guy called back he had one time for the next day that did not work for me even tho the site shows off like 5 trainers could only show at 4pm the next day was un flexible and said he pass me off and never heard back ! and 5 voice mails later still have not heard back im writing to the manager this place is garbage !

Don't join this gym. Anytime Fitness as a gym is not bad, but this location is worthless. Can't leave a a voice message. Can't ever catch someone who works at the gym. No information on staffed hours. NOTHING! It's small, which I wouldn't mind if they didn't cram it with equipment. Not to mention it smells like mildew most of the time. The bathroom sink was out of service or leaking the whole year I was a member. I didn't actually join at this location, but my membership was transferred to it (without notice) because I used it a few more times than the one near my home. I could overlook all of this if I could at least reach a staff member.
