I started Fitness Fusion 2 1/2 years ago at the suggestion of a good friend. I am SO glad I did! I was at a very low point physically which was taking a toll mentally. My goal was to simply feel strong again. I honestly felt like the way I looked was a little too far gone to worry about! What a success it was, I AM STRONG! Day to day life is so much easier, my energy lasts all day and my insecurities about my physical appearance have faded. I look forward to workouts!! The variety keeps it interesting and Lou is encouraging while keeping me accountable. If your not part of the BEStrong family yet……I am sorry, you have been missing out!

I've been working with Stacie at Be Strong off and on since they first opened. Most recently I participated in her Steel and Stamina class in June and I absolutely loved it. She provided a structured full body workout and instructed me in a way that made me feel confident and accomplished. Stacie is always making sure her clients are warmed but and using proper form to prevent injuries. I'm looking forward to doing my next Steel and Stamina class with her this month!

I love this gym! If you are looking for a real gym then look no further. Lugene and Stacie are both very nice and knowledgeable. They offer private training for a very affordable price and will walk you through workouts.

I've been working with Lugene a little over a year. Lugene has helped me regain my strength and become a stronger person. I have experienced muscle growth and I'm more confident about myself. Lugene is a amazing trainer and has me feeling fantastic.

I am finishing up my first round of Fitness Fusion and have loved it! It is a perfect mix of strength training and cardio. I did this class throughout my pregnancy and Lugene was great about helping me modify exercises as well as educate on proper lifting form. It is nice to show up 2x a week to a small group workout that is planned for you! I would definitely do this class again!

I’ve been going 2x per week for about 10 weeks..I love it! Turning 50 and things are much harder to whip into shape…I love the small groups sizes and the 1 on 1 training you get (even with a group) I’m down 10lbs and definitely seeing my body change, other people are even noticing my muscles in my arms! (I love that) Fitness Fushion with Lugene is my favorite..stations that move fast..quickest hour ever! Making new friendships are also a plus!

Started a fitness fusion with Lugene and it is perfect. You get to choose 1,2 or 3 times a week and it is affordable and a fun way to keep yourself accountable and get a wonderful workout in!!
Lugene is so helpful and always gives you an alternative exercise if you need it to be modified! Highly recommend.

I've been working with Stacie at Be Strong for a little over a year now. I had back surgery 4 years ago and she has helped me regain my strength and become a stronger, more confident individual. I can't give this place enough stars! Definitely a Be Strong member for life.

After having reconstructive shoulder surgery, I was needing help on getting myself back into the gym. Stacey was extremely helpful! She made sure I was lifting the right weight percentages, helping heal myself, and doing everything with correct form, which in turn helped ease back pain I was experiencing as well. I recommend BeStrong 110%. You’ll love Stacey as much as I do! ❤️

I have been training with Stacie for 8+ years, from one-on-one to small group and open gym, as well as her specialized 12 week weight lifting programs. She is such a knowledgeable and focused trainer. I appreciate the fact she really focuses on injury prevention thru proper movement patterns. This gym is awesome and a welcoming, family- feel place to be!

Ive been going to bootcamp with my mom for 6 months now and I’m SO happy with the results, makes me feel good to and Its something I look forward too every week. I used to work out on my own but i didn’t like not knowing what I needed to use and focus on. Lugene helps you achieve what you want and gets ya pumped up. I’m excited for the next 6 months ahead 💪🏻

Long time client, love the professional work out routines. I have the highest confidence in the training staff at Be Strong and they really know what they are doing. This place is my 2nd home. A great private company that has all the workout equipment and professionalism you need without all the fluff that comes with the bigger memberships. The owners are well certified in all things fitness and are some of the friendliest and noncritical people I have met.

Stacie and Lugene are both extremely knowledgeable. I know they both have recently received new certifications. The great thing is that they are able to demonstrate and breakdown complex movements. Everything I know about kettlebells I have learned here. They are so full of energy that you can't help but be motivated. As someone who has worked out for years, these two ladies are among the very few that I seek out for advice.

I did the Fitness Fusion at BeStrong Training and it was great! They are all extremely knowledgeable with helping with correct form, different types of exercises so it never gets boring, and nutrition knowledge. I know they are always getting certified in different areas to help us clients with different styles of exercises. The atmosphere is very fun there which make my workouts so much more enjoyable.

Whether you are looking for one on one training, or a group setting, Be Strong Training is hands down the best gym in Wichita! The trainers are awesome and are experts in their own skill sets. If you want a fitness class, kick boxing, kettle bell or personal training....they have it all. If you are looking for a new gym to help lose some extra Covid pounds, or just wanting a great positive atmosphere, Be Strong has it!

I started my personal training with Stacie after having a baby and deciding that I want to push myself to become healthier and stronger. She is helping me reach those goals by listening to my needs, giving her time away from the gym, and always reminding me that I’m becoming a better mom. Every time I’m at Be Strong, people are smiling and laughing and that’s not very common to see at a gym. It’s a fun and uplifting environment that always makes me feel welcome. Stacie continues to motivate me to be the very best that I can be and supports my unique goals. I’ve been doing her program for 7 weeks and I’ve had amazing results with mobility, strength, and overall well being in myself.

I would highly recommend Be strong training. If you are wanting to change up and look forward to your workouts, BeStrong Training is where it's at. Lu keeps her group training small enough so that she can help if she needs to on form and technique. She's encouraging and is great on educating you so that you get the most from every workout. I almost feel like I'm getting one on one training! I love this gym, I love the people I workout with and I love Lu and Stac!
