I am only 2 weeks into my membership at Bluestem and I just love it. It is very beginner friendly and each instructor meets you where you are and encourages props and modifications. I started with the intro class that made me feel very comfortable and prepared to try other classes.

Best yoga studio in town! My daughter and I attend the gentle/curvy class with Liz and it is wonderfully relaxing. If you are looking to start yoga and reduce your stress levels - this is the place!!!

I love Bluestem Yoga!

The studio is clean, bright, and beautiful.
There are a wide variety of classes offered at both beginner and intermediate levels.
The instructors are all very experienced and always provide suggestions for alternatives to accommodate individual needs.
The atmosphere is friendly, warm, and welcoming and the vibe is non-competitive.
Sandy ( the owner) goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need.

I've taken several classes as Bluestem and every time I go it fills my cup. Great teachers, an excellent space, remarkable customer service. Truly a gem of a studio that should be on your radar! I highly recommend Bluestem Yoga in Lawrence. I’m new to Lawrence (and yoga) and have met the nicest people there. All of the instructors are very warm, and it’s a great place for beginners and those with experience. Great atmosphere for sure!

It is so great to be back in a yoga studio again, and with many of our incredible yoga teachers from OmTree. So far we’ve had Sun Flow with Sharon, Sound Bath with Trish and soon Sun Flow with Ambika. And so many more to practice with soon. Sandy has created a special and welcoming space that makes you want to say “Namaste” when you come through the door.
