I’ve gone to this gym for years. In the last 3 Ive noticed it is less clean, there are more bugs in the gym and especially the bathroom. The trash bins will be full, the bathroom is usually out of soap, toilet paper, and or paper towels. Only two of the three stair masters work. The weight racks for equipment is no longer in order. The only pro to this gym is that it is 24 hours and women’s only (in the evening sometimes there is a young male inside the gym). Also their prices will be going up soon. I used to consider switching gyms but the market was high at the time but with the new increase this gym will just be an over priced planet fitness.
Update* (1 month later from initial review) the third stair master has yet to be fixed and now the gym is down to only one functional stair master

have had multiple negative experiences at this place, but the most significant is how the staff has ridiculed me in front of other members and my supposed companions. Despite my attempts to address these issues and my efforts to avoid peak times to prevent conflict, it seems their main concern is collecting the $130 monthly fee.

While they occasionally attempt to offer “help,” it rarely materializes. My frustrations peaked when a coach openly disparaged me to colleagues right in front of me, which prompted me to stop attending. I ended up with two months free of my membership because I couldn't cancel due to their policies.

Even now, six months later, they reach out offering “help,” but I feel ignored.

Overall, this experience has felt like a circus. I recommend looking elsewhere—there are definitely better options with superior service.

Terrible management. I moved away and tried for months to cancel. I’d call, and no one would pick up. I take hours out of my Saturday to go in person and ask them to cancel, and either no one was working who could end my membership, or the one time a manager was there and did say they could cancel, they failed to do it correctly, and I was charged DOUBLE the next month. I finally called my bank and put a stop payment. Blush Fitness reached out multiple times and asked me for a new payment method, and I told them multiple times I would not be giving one because I had already cancelled my membership. They continued to generate bills and sent them to collections. Do not sign up for a membership here. They will never let you leave and try to ruin your credit if you do.

One of the WORST gyms you can go to, please go to Godess maker she actually supports women and is one of the best women’s gym. This gym doesn’t support women and harasses their workers I’ve talked to!

AVOID! I wish I could give 0 stars. They refuse to pay me back money owned to me since May. You can call, email and show up in person and you will not get help. Theses “challenges “ they have were you pay and get your money back once it’s done is a scam. Now they want to charge me to leave when they still owe me money. Not a place that actually supports women.

I’ve been going to this gym since 2021 and loved every minute of it, until I tried to cancel. I canceled on July 18, but Blush still tried to draft my account 6 more times. That caused me over $100 in overdraft fees. No manager ever contacted me despite multiple requests. I had to send multiple emails and go into the gym 4 times to get someone to deal with it. The only helpful person was Brooke — she’s the only one who actually tried to make it right. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.

Trying to cancel my membership because of medical reasons that I have n they r busy giving me a run around telling me to buyout 70% of something I haven’t used for now coming two months. Why continue to take out or try to buy out a membership cancellation with a valid reason is more than enough n shouldn’t b a freaking hustle. Management sucks

Decent women's only gym, but when I reached out to cancel I was told I still need to pay for one more month and will be charged for it. Keep in mind I no longer live within 1,000 miles of the gym and have no way of using it for one more month. Very disappointed in the customer service.

If you’re looking for a good gym, save your money and try a Planet Fitness black card- you’ll get more out of it. I like the concept of this gym, but it definitely needs better management and workers. My issues are as follows:
1. I paid in full for a years membership back in February. I paid when they had a deal going on and I paid upfront for the whole membership. Everything was great until I noticed they ran my payment twice. I also noticed they charged me a $50 fee I was unaware of. I went in to ask, they told me it was a “maintenance fee” and that it was online on their website. I couldn’t find it when I looked online. They never told me about any extra fees I would be paying when I first got the membership. I have found multiple fees that I was not aware of. I asked one of my friends who works out at Blush and she has never gotten a $50 charge for “maintenance”. I had texted one of the ladies who works at Blush asking how I could cancel my membership and she went ahead and cancelled it for me. It was the girl with the red hair. I’m pretty sure her name is either Kiera or Monica. She kicked me off of the Blush fitness app and refused to answer questions about why I was getting these extra charges. I’ve still heard nothing from them about these charges.
2. They sell fitness plans there and either Kiera or Monica was trying to sell me a fitness plan. I cannot afford paying those prices and I made that aware to them. The girl with the red hair kept pushing the plan and that’s not what I wanted. I said no and they left it.
3. The place is unkept at times. The trashcans overfill a lot, there’s no soap in the bathroom, sometimes there’s no paper towels at all and the cleaner for the machines is out.
4. Children are running around. There is a daycare but the owners kid likes to run around. I’ve almost hit that kid while doing a set. When I first toured this gym I felt like I was watching the kid play on a playground rather than being out of the way.
I’ve had this membership for a few months now and I really planned on staying as long as I could because I really liked this gym, but clearly somewhere else is probably better. Attached I added a picture of the fees I was being charged. The $282 is my payment being charged double, I dont know what the $109 is because they wouldn’t tell me (i think its pretty self explanatory though) and there’s the $50 I was being charged when I already prepaid for my whole year.

Cancelling is such a hassle I don’t understand why we have to call and ask and still have to to write them to cancel? No where on the app can you cancel or pause your membership. They take money out your account unless you call and have to write them. My friend also was having problems with her pass said she got charged but still wasn’t allowed in the building. Just a mess

I was a member for years, but it was nothing special—think Planet Fitness but for women only. The place was poorly maintained, with hair, dirt, and mold in the showers. Canceling was a nightmare. I tried emailing months ago but kept getting charged. When I finally got a response, they said it was canceled. Which isn’t the case, considering I’ve been getting charged for months, PS I don’t even live in OP anymore. Customer service is nonexistent. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is a pattern—they just don’t respond to cancellation requests. They also only have good reviews because the bribe their members with free months or merch. I did some research and found out they have multiple lawsuits against them for shady practices. ALSO, it’s owned by a man, which might explain the poor business quality. Overall, I’m disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it. I would recommend doing research and finding a different women’s gym.

I love this gym! The staff is so nice, they always answer questions so well and politely. It is always so clean when I go in, the floors and equipment are well kept. Keira is so friendly and very informative! Monica is so personable, it’s so nice to have friendly faces at the gym after moving! They have a wide range of equipment and different areas for warming up and stretching.

Cancelled my membership back in October was told I’d get one more charge in November for some reason. — reviewed my statements and saw I was charged December and January. When I contacted them they said there is no written document or phone call, even though I did write an email and called them. Thankfully I thought ahead and asked the worker to email me saying they would cancel my membership back in October so I was able to get those charges refunded. I ABSOLUTELY think they did this on purpose as this wasn’t the first time it happened. This place is unkempt and has really gone down hill since they started franchising and the owners focused on that.

Everyone that I've come across at Blush has been very positive and encouraging! And those working out tend to stay to themselves as well which is a bonus to me as at other places I've gone to there was a lot of judgemental remarks. I have had a lot of past injuries that has caused me to relearn some basics that are easier for everyone else. Which brings me to their personal trainers! They are so helpful and have assisted in teaching me the basics again without rushing me or making me feel bad for struggling.

The place always seems clean when I go and employees are helpful- if you ever have a question they are happy to answer. I've only been going for 2 months and have enjoyed everyday I've come so far.

I have been going to this location for almost a full year & it’s been a great experience! This was my first time getting into a gym & signing up for this type of membership. Overall it was very easy, affordable, & all while being full-time in grad school the location is perfect for my busy schedule! I love most that it’s a women only gym that allows me to feel comfortable & safe everytime I go. I never have to worry about weird/creepy people like at other public gyms. It’s open 24/7, they play good music to workout too, & the owner Kelly is amazing! I’ve been able to grow some strong connections with other like-minded women from Blush & have really enjoyed my time here. I highly recommended signing up when they’re doing promotional deals; they have some great memberships!

This gym is extremely dirty and very very dusty. Over the last year I seen the same corners filled with webs and dust. Only 1 of the 3 stair masters work. All of the cardio machines are dirty and have a ton of dog or cat hair on them. The water fountain has caked on water residue and there’s trash all over. I’m constantly sneezing the second I enter the gym because I’m allergic to animal hair. The only plus of this gym is that it’s women only. Every single machine is dirty and this was the gym 6am on a Sunday. Not even during peak hours.

Starting at this blush was ok. I started with monthly payments but was ok with the gym so signed up for a year. The lady i signed up with was very nice and i had told her i had fallen on some hard times but the gym was something to do that would jot cost me an arm and a leg. She then told me about a promotion that you can get the first 3 months free if you sign up. She said she could apply that to my account. She also said if i noticed any promotions in the future that is on instagram i could apply that to my current membership. During the first 3 months they ended up pulling the FULL amount out for each month. I called the gym and the lady on the phone sent me a customer support number to call. I called their customer “support” waited on hold for over an hour and finally got through and was told they can’t do anything I would have to get in contact with the gym. Called them again and got through to a different person who did in fact give the money back but it took over a week to get it. I have had trouble with the card reader not working and not being able to get into the gym. The owners children run around unsupervised which is not only dangerous but very irresponsible as well. The facility is small for the amount of people their and now kept well at all. They try to hide the filth in pink colors but once you truly look you see how nasty it is. I messaged them for another promotion, as the lady that signed me up had said I could, they happily applied that promotion to my membership as well but as of a few days ago I reached out again to apply a promotion and was told I was not able to do that. I kindly explained that the person who signed me up had told me I was able to do that and have used the promotions in this way before. Was told I was misinformed and after asking if they could speak with who signed me up they said they cannot contact that person anymore. The take no responsibility for any action of their team. I then asked to cancel my membership. I have moved farther away then I would like to drive. Thankfully I requested my contact and had a legal professional read the agreement and since I moved farther than 25 miles away I can cancel it but please do not go here. Maybe other locations are better but it seems to be only a good place when the club is making a crap ton of money. If they fall on any hard times they will try to scam you to make up profit. I should have listened to the bad reviews that have been posted.

Very disappointed in my experience with Blush. I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years and within the last year there have been several issues with my account- building fob not working to scan in and continuous drafted monthly payments from my account (I paid in full). Their lack of communication is terrible. They don’t respond to calls or emails, I’m not even sure if they check them to be honest. Rarely can you ever get a hold of someone, be prepared to make repeated phone calls. Finally got a hold of staff about payments. Sat on the phone with them almost every week for 2 months straight. Nobody resolved the issue after claiming it wouldn’t happen again so I had to block them at the bank level. Not to mention, I’m still getting automated voicemails and text messages about payments that I do not owe. Do not trust them with your information. The place is dirty, trash cans always full, paper towel dispensers constantly empty, and bathrooms need to be cleaned. Rarely do I ever see the owner, but when I do, her 3 small children are running wild, screaming through your headphones, and rough housing on the equipment. Heck, the last time they were there they even snuck their way into the office and cranked up the volume on the radio to the point it hurt my ears and startled everyone. This place is a nightmare!

Awful gym. There is no other way to describe it. Bathrooms had an awful stench that I couldn't get rid of for 2 days. Equipment was old and broken. Prices are outrageous, and instead of working on the gym, I saw the owners post videos about the place on social media. I can't believe the owners don't respect their members enough to try and make a difference. Complete disrespect and laziness, please just go to a Plant Fitness or something of the sort.

I went to this blush with my mom to ask about the membership since it says that the office hours are between 7 AM to 11 PM but when we went inside, there were no staff whatsoever so we asked around and no one knew where they were. And we stayed there for about 5 to 10 minutes and there was no staff whatsoever. We also rang the bell outside a couple times we weren’t able to get any help so we decided to leave. We hope it’s not like this at every location as it doesn’t seem good that there is no staff available. And it was this location specifically by the way.

Rates here just increased from approx $18 to $25 because they are offering classes. How do classes help when they are offered when everyone is working?

Want an $18 rate and excellent classes at all times WITHOUT a dirty gym and kids running laps around you while you work out? Go here:
OP residents can go practically next door to Tomahawk Ridge for approx $18/mo. Matt Ross Community Center also has a membership option with access to all JoCo community centers, which means you get pool access, too.

If you want a great workout, a great community, and someone open to mobile workouts and writing plans, I'd go to Phoenix Women's Fitness.

Per the 8+ BBB complaints against Blush, I can see that I am not alone in saying that Blush has poor business practices. The dirty gym, treadmills that are regularly broken, tvs that don't work, radio that is only on for the precious gym classes, signs that say to wipe equipment but the cleaners are regularly MIA, vendors standing outside because the owner didn't show up to let them in, kid care that is "offered" but is never staffed, and kids running feral between my weight machine and the dumbbell rack WHILE I AM USING IT says a lot about their safety practices. I can hear them screaming over my headphones.

My membership is free. That is still too expensive. I am not willing to risk someone's child running into my machine and getting hurt to have a free membership. What if the child gets hurt? Who is at fault? The owner is never wrong and scoffs when you try to bring up any sort of feedback or concern, so I will remove myself from the situation.

I have been with Blush Fitness for over three years and as most gyms, this gym also has its up and downs but I have seen such positive progress! I suggest this gym if you are looking an easy gym to access and great classes!

I have heard multiple stories of employees who have been mistreated or fired for no reason. They have a child area but the worst person at putting her kid in it IS THE MANAGER. If you like working out to the sound of running and screaming toddlers, this is your spot. The running toddler may also run in on you while in the locker room. Also, the manager may not show up at all, so you may have to let the vendors into the gym to refresh the bathroom paper, floor mats, etc.

They added classes recently, which was clearly to expand and without thought to those currently using the gym. Music is on for them but not the gym. You can't access wifi. The cleaners for the equipment are now empty or missing frequently.

The equipment works. That is the only good thing I have to say about it at this point.

If you rely on kids care to get your workout in this is not the place for you! In the 4 months I went there the worker running the childcare didn’t show up 6 times! They didn’t email me or give any sort of warning so I drove there with all my children to see that no one showed up. The time I emailed them about this I did not get a single response. Showed up there today with a sign on the door saying childcare was cancelled. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t email or text those that signed up to bring their kids in that day which I did everyday I went! Needless to say I cancelled my membership in hopes to find some reliable kidscare! Us mamas gotta get a workout in too!
I will say the equipment is fine and they had everything I needed except reliable kids care.

Loved this gym when I started my membership about 6 months ago but they have closed off half the gym for Bootcamps only when that was not at the facility when I signed up.

Therefor, half of what I paid for is gone. In addition to that frustration, the trash is always full/overflowing, all of the gym equipment looks like it’s never had an actual cleaning, paper towel dispensers are constantly empty so your unable to pre-clean equipment, and the bathrooms are always terrible!

Highly recommend going with another gym especially if you were planning on using the childcare as it’s very bad as well.

Lastly, they just raised everyone’s rates from $18.57 to $24.99 which is nearly a 50% increase for 1/2 a gym when we all signed up for the lower price and are stuck in contract which apparently states they can change the rates at anytime.

My recent experience at BLUSH has left much to be desired. The decision to close off a section previously accessible to all members in favor of a Blush Bootcamp area, complete with exclusive access signs, is disheartening. Additionally, being asked to pay 70% of my contract for early termination is unacceptable. The cleanliness of the restrooms has also been consistently lacking. Despite being marketed as an all-girls gym, these changes and oversights have created a less welcoming atmosphere. Overall, I cannot recommend BLUSH to those seeking an inclusive and satisfactory fitness experience. I tried to talk privately to them about the issues but was told that it is open during the mornings when class isn't in session. I believe it is unfair for those going after work. While I am glad that they expanded and they are offering boot camps for some women, I think that they did not think of the members who had already been attending this gym. I drive almost 30 minutes daily to go to the gym because of the privacy and space but now due to limited access it is now jam packed at all times.

I saw a sponsored ad pop up on Facebook regarding a 21 day transformation challenge for 40 women. I reached out via Facebook messenger to learn more about the program as I was interested. Upon hearing back, I was informed to stop by the facility to get more information in person. I specifically coordinated with the person that I was speaking to via Facebook messenger and we agreed to meet today (Saturday, Feb. 3) around 12:30 PM. I arrived at 12:36 PM and saw that two other women were waiting in the lobby area. They told me that they had been waiting for a while (the doors to the entrance were locked and they had rung the doorbell a few times). Finally, after ringing the doorbell again, a fitness trainer poked her head out and informed us that people in office had left for the day and that the office was closed. While this was occurring, I reached out to the person that I was speaking to via Facebook messenger and have yet to hear a response. I was extremely frustrated with this unpleasant and unprofessional experience. We all live busy lives and I specifically took time out of my weekend to learn more about this program. This was a complete turn off as I felt like my time was disrespected. Will not be coming back and now that I have sifted through the other Google reviews, it seems like maybe this was a blessing in disguise.

In early June, I got a lot of ads on Facebook from Blush about a 6 week challenge so I decided to go and see what it was about. I was told it was for 6 weeks, and you had to complete 24 group fitness classes, and if you lost 20 pounds or 5% of your fat, you would get back the $200 deposit you put down. I was also told you get a meal plan. I decided to go for it, as I am a bigger girl that struggled with gym anxiety.
The best part was the fitness classes. I really enjoy dancing (though I am not very good) and I felt so comfortable with the instructors, I never felt judged, and everyone was so nice. They had a nice variety of classes, but I will admit I did only go to Dance and To the Beat classes, and then 4 HIIT classes. HIIT was hard for me, I was having to do burpees and as a fat girl I cannot do burpees. The HIIT classes are definitely for people in better shape than me. But the dancing classes were the best, I enjoyed every instructor I had and that was why I kept going back to those classes instead of trying others, because for once I felt comfortable at a gym. Never thought I would be able to say that.
The worst part, was everything else. The “meal plan” was two sheets of paper of information that anyone could find the same info online. It was not helpful. And personally, I had no motivation there to lose weight and eat better, though that was part of the program. At my 22nd of 24 classes I found out the gym was no longer hosting fitness classes besides HIIT. I was very upset, as I was planning on staying a member at the gym just because I loved the classes. They gave the instructors literally zero notice and told them the same time they told the public which shows how much they cared about the staff. My “program” ended August 1st and from what I was told Blush was supposed to contact me to set up a time to see how my six weeks went and see if I got my money back. It is currently August 26th and I have yet to hear from them. I have emailed and they locked me out of my online account, but I still get emails from other Blush locations. I’m just disappointed, as I really loved the dance classes, but now they don’t have them. The professionalism I have seen is disappointing as well. Now I am on to find a new gym with dance classes.

If you’re looking for a female only gym, you don’t have many options. This gym was okay. It’s clean and the equipment is well taken care of. I did not take the classes or utilize the childcare options. If you just need space or equipment, the price isn’t bad.

I wish I could give 100 stars!!
I’ve been going here for years-since 2020 during the middle of the pandemic.
Sure, since moving in Feb 2022, there is a few different machines, but the selection is still large enough for many people to cycle, weights/machines, treadmill/elliptical.
The new location is even better than the old one as far as parking and ease of getting to/from. New class workout room is huge!! I’ve never really done the classes but they ones I have done were fun and easy to keep up with, but a GREAT workout.
I’ve never had any of the issues being reported here- my trainer was great, good communication about changes or asking me how I was during and after sessions; and I had to cancel for awhile due to health and it was no big deal…

BLUSH has been a gem for me. I have been coming here for little over a year and so far, I don’t have much to complain ◡̈ I have seen women at different stages of their fitness journey and it is very inspiring to see.

There are a lot of free weights and a big room in the back where you can work out on your own. I saw a review that said there is no room for yoga mats, there is a large room with big mirrors in the back that is free to use. There are group classes around 4:30ish, so I would avoid that timeframe! The only thing is the gym can be a little warm (around 75 degrees) for a gym. Otherwise, everyone who goes here are friendly and of all ages and groups. I started my fitness journey here and I feel just as comfortable as when I first started.

At first I was excited about a gym for women only, I am a beginner and I feel so intimidated working out!
They have 3 levels of membership and for the price I was able to do a personal trainer that I did during a month only because I was pretty disappointed in how disorganized she was with my training ( she didn’t had a plan for me and she often change my hour and day for working out) also how little I was getting from it. But I still keep it up because they have some small group classes that I used to do and you get to worked out lower body, upper body and full body, but then I had 2 classes in the same week where the trainers never show up!!! I got to cancel but I am still being charged for one moth because it was my fault I didn’t notice them 30 days ahead !!
Conclusion: like that is women ; don’t like few machines and no much options and they definitely are disorganized inconsistent no professional and lack of trainers they leave quickly and that only shows a leadership failure

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before joining this facility! The gym itself was a nice atmosphere other than the limited equipment. When I signed up the lady read me the contract and left out that there were additional fees after paying the down payment. I spoke with her and she admitted she was new and forgot to mention it when reading me the terms. I then went in to speak with the lady working about wanting to cancel due to these charges I was unaware of. I was talked down to throughout the entire conversation. She was rude and very unprofessional. When I asked for any other additional options she told me I could get a legal representative and cancel but I would still be charged these fees. I would not recommend this facility.

I had sent in a email far before 30 days of a notice of wanting to cancel the auto renewal, and of course they’re still charging me. I had left a decent review before but now this is ridiculous, I can’t afford to go to this gym anymore and I don’t want to anyways. One of the staff had humiliated me and I haven’t wanted to go back since. The app broke for me too and I just stopped getting replies when nobody knew how to solve the problem. Now I’m trying to see if I can get them to stop charging me and according to the other reviews here I can bet this is going to be a battle against the mess of whoever is monitoring the emails. Please just cancel my subscription BF, I’m so done with this company.

Super small. Poorly maintained. Thermostat is set WAY too hot for a gym.
-Equipment is malfunctioning ex: lateral pull down bar pulley is not working so you can’t put the pin in the weights
-Spray bottles to clean gym equipment are rarely filled and they aren’t properly OSHA labeled, only says BLUSH FITNESS on it. Who knows what they put inside? It’s also above eye level, which is against OSHA.
-The choices for exercise machines don’t make any sense. How do you not have a single ab machine but you have tons of free weights and a tricep machine?
-The gym floor is carpet….
-The door bar code scanner takes forever for it to scan my membership from my phone
-I called over 20 times in one day and no one would answer… took 3 business days to get a call back.
-TVs on cardio machines are always off.
-No space to use yoga mats

I gave one star because I love the concept of this gym. However, I went to sign up and then less than an hour after I decided I did not want to make the commute to go to a gym that far. I messaged and asked to cancel and for a refund since it was less than an hour after and was told to send an email. I sent an email and was told " its not that far, do you still want to cancel?". I replied saying yes and I wanted a refund just to get zero response. I sent a follow up email the same day with no response back. Sent another email the next day with no response. I sent a message on FB to be told " we will look into it" the next day but nothing further. It was literally less than an hour after, it should not be that hard to cancel and just give me a refund. I'm glad I'm trying to cancel because clearly there is not great customer service unless they are trying to sell you something.

Of course the atmosphere is great. I never had an issue with other people who work out there. I will say the gym is quite small, if you are not used to working out close to someone this may not be the place for you. They do hold group classes which is great if you are a part of it. However, if you aren’t part of the class, they do use the same machines and space as everyone else. Do not get in their way or try to share equipment with them. The gym is nice in terms of being an all women’s gym and the facility being clean. However, the billing company they use is not user friendly and does not give any explanation of if payments have gone through and if there is a balance owed. I would not recommend this gym because it only has one gym location in Olathe. The other locations they have are only for their classes which sucks. The reason I cancelled my membership is because of the billing mishaps and the lack of closer locations to me.

I have never had a worse experience with a gym than the one I had with Blush Fitness.

When I first got my membership, everything was fine. Everyone was super nice and the gm, Paige, was very friendly and welcoming. I signed on for a year. After about 8 months in, my fiancé and I decided to get a dual membership with Lifetime Fitness, so I emailed Blush Fitness in March 2022 to see about cancelling after my 12 month membership ended. I received NO response. I messaged the company on facebook, inquiring about my email. They said they would get back to me. No response.

After two months of nothing, I finally went into the gym in person. I spoke to Paige, explained what happened. She said they do not take verbal cancellations, but to email blush fitness. I said I had already and they had not replied for two months. Paige said to copy her on my notice of cancellation email. I did so on May 4th, 2022, and finally got a reply and everything was good.

Fast forward to yesterday when I get an email from them saying "Thanks for signing up for another year!!" huh?? I email Paige and she emails back saying I need to send a written notice 30 days before my membership ends.

I immediately forward my written notice from two months prior and explain that I had already done so, and I don't want to sign up for another year. Paige then tells me to report any other membership inquiries to the blush fitness email, not herself. Pretty sad that the general manager won't even take responsibility for this mess that they have created. I have done everything I was supposed to do and somehow they think they have me signed up for another year.

I do not recommend this gym unless you want to be stuck in a membership forever. The gym itself is nice and I have no complaints there, but how my cancellation was handled was extremely unpleasant.

If I could rate this gym negative stars I would. First off this is not a welcoming environment in no way shape or form, and severely lacks diversity. They have terrible customer service and are terribly under staffed. I made the mistake of purchasing a year membership without visiting the premises. Once I did I came to find basically a no staff, ran down, barely equipped gym. After deciding the service was not worth the distance I had soon decided to pass off the membership to another interested party. We connected on a Blush Facebook post I told the other lady I will call Blush to see if it possible to transfer as usual they don't answer their phones (poorly ran place). Now instead of Blush just responding memberships are non transferable they decide to inbox me to offer no solution but to ask for my name to probably attempt to block my access. They then continued to block me from their platform though I never said anything negative about them on social media other than it was not a good fit for me. Blush if you cancel membership without my permission I will dispute the chrage with my bank the full charge. And I will report you you have terrible customer service. And I will make sure my membership is active until February of 2023.

Great gym and decently priced. No men, which is a plus.

Changed my review- I received a collections letter for 177$. Thankfully I had my Blush agreement and payment records. I was told upon signing up that the agreement would not automatically renew. My agreement ended January 17, 2022 but they attempted to charge me on the 18th. I had already paid up til January 17, 2022 and after that I should have been done. Coincidentally I had changed banks earlier in December so their payment did not go through for January 18th. Anyways here we are now and theyre charging me for what exactly? It's annoying and theyre dishonest.

I joined after some negative experiences at a more traditional gym. I’ve been a member for a couple of months now, and I absolutely love it! I always avoided busy times at my old gym, but I never feel uncomfortable here, no matter how busy.

I joined this gym nearly 2 months ago and overall, I enjoy it a lot. I've had several gym memberships in my life and the thought of joining a women only gym made me feel very comfortable. The equipment is clean, new, and easy to use. I recently had a baby and the free childcare caught my attention, but kids have to be at least 6 months and the kids' room is only open during very seldom timeframes that do not work for my schedule so having "free babysitting" has been kind of pointless for me. I also do not feel like the management is all that personal. Paige was really nice, but didn't even ask me my name until after the rushed tour and I decided to sign up. This gym sells itself though based on being a women only gym and the affordable monthly cost. All in all, I would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable gym membership with adequate equipment in an aesthetically pleasing environment.

I have written emails to BF, No response. I call, no answer. I have to resort to leaving a review. Max is concerned about making money but clearly does not take care of his members and it shows. Blush has been overcharging me for 3 months in a row and the communication is horrible. They do not respond to emails and every thing is so poorly managed. The membership I enrolled in was supposed to include personal training and the inbody scan- which I’ve now been told they no longer offer. So I am paying a premium membership fee (as well as being overcharged) to access basic member amenities.

They really need to figure out their operations and hire customer service to resolve these issues.

This gym is pretty lousy in my opinion. I liked idea of this gym. But the classes aren’t very good. Especially the times they have they make it extremely hard to even get to one unless you want to wake up at the crack of dawn. Or they schedule them with you’re just getting off work making it easy for you to miss your class. And IF you can’t make your class they have a way to make money off of that by charging you a no show fee onto of your membership.

So first I actually do really like the gym I think it’s great and I love that it’s only women but communication is so rough I usually go in the morning so there’s no childcare and once I noticed that they were adding child care into the morning I thought it would be great to be able to bring my daughter with me well the first day I choose to bring her with me I was going to come at nine and it happened to get canceled well they had a 10 o’clock one and it still showed that it was open and I joined it and then I proceeded to call the gym multiple times to ask if this childcare was still open and no one would answer the phone and mind you I go to the gym every morning Monday through Friday and I see girls sitting in the office so it’s not like nobody’s there to answer the phones so I don’t understand why someone that calls multiple times can’t get a response and I just think if you’re gonna cancel something you should use every way to communicate that with the people that are joined in those groups and if it’s multiple things then you should cancel all of them instead of leaving one open for people to still join and with the childcare in the morning there is maybe 2 to 3 kids in it at most honestly so there should be no problem with you informing those people that have joined it

my partner and i ended up switching to this gym because of their $5.55 promotion going on as we were previously paying ~$80/month for Lifetime fitness. every interaction i've personally had with the staff has been positive i like all the girls that work there. my partner is a pretty advanced lifter and can move a lot of weight, i wish there were more sets of 45 lbs plates because she can leg press almost all of the sets of plates they have in the building and she always feels bad she's taking up most of the plates. i'm a certified personal trainer and was able to improvise some exercises in my program because they don't have a lot of machines but i do wish they had one more squat rack or a dedicated bench rack because wheeling the bench from the free weight area can be a hassle. i also wish they had kept the pec-deck machine and would add a chest-support row machine and wish they had a few more cable attachments like a straight bar and EZ bar. overall i can't complain too much considering right now it's only $6/month, but hoping in the near future they'll add some more equipment!

The $40 or whatever isn’t the big deal, but the fact they are so poor at handling these situations time and time again is troubling and they were also rude about it. Luckily I wasn’t one who ended up in collections, but apparently many many other people had this issue. Overall, the gym is a bit small and hot and often out of supplies in the bathroom. Beware: If you cancel you WILL be sent to collections!!!!
I joined blush fitness about two years ago and went for a few months before Covid hit. I did not feel comfortable working out during the pandemic so I wrote in to cancel my membership on three separate occasions. No one responded to my emails for months and when I called the office no one answered to give me directions on how to cancel the membership. Finally I got through to someone and they told me to contact a third-party to cancel the membership and when I did so they told me that I needed60 days notice and that I would be charged for the following month which was fine. I did everything asked of me to cancel my account on good terms and paid the final two months as instructed via autopay. Now I am receiving calls from a debt collection company saying that I owe nearly $300 in fees. This is more than a year‘s membership. And it makes absolutely no sense as I had auto pay the entire time I was at blush.

I had read several reviews from other customers saying that they had also been sent to collections and decided to give blush a try thinking it wouldn’t happen to me. Now I have no other option other than to pay this money which I do not legally owe in order to avoid negative activity on my credit report. Blush never tried to contact me regarding a past due balance and sent me to collections with no attempt to contact. This gym has been a money pit and it’s obvious that the owners just send every person who cancels to collections out of spite. Save yourself some money and hours of frustration and do not sign up.

While I love the idea of a female-only gym, I think Blush falls short of what it could be.

I joined for the Blush Training classes because when it comes to workouts, I don't have the knowledge of what to do. The classes were great, and the trainers that led the classes are completely amazing. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or judged in those classes, even when my form had to be corrected. I also loved the support from the other women in the class. However, Blush cancelled the training classes with no notice. This is what led to the cancellation of my contract with them.

Positives:
-Female only and any time a male is in the building they alert members
-When I called to cancel my contract due to the termination of the training classes, the manager was very nice and willing to cancel with no argument (I was anxious over this for DAYS)
-They offer babysitting at certain times during the day

Negatives:
-While I never used the babysitting, I did notice that the employees in the room were almost always on their phones and not paying attention to the kids....
-Cancellation of classes with no notice
-Any negative feedback, whether left in a review on facebook or left in the private facebook group, gets deleted.

I was in town visiting family and I needed a place to work out I saw blush on Tik Tok of all places and wanted to try it out. luckily for me they offer day passes! my experience was wonderful the staff was eager to help and full of knowledge. I wish there was one in my state. 10/10 recommend. fingers crossed they branch out and open more locations such an amazing concept!

My wife was signed up for specific classes that cost extra. Those classes were cancelled two days after we were charged on our card. They refused to refund us the difference. They then banned my wife from their gym (this is an illegal practice as we paid for the product) and they were extremely unprofessional. They have removed honest negative Facebook review (this business practice is against FTC guidelines) and have several complaints about them to the attorney general for their business practices. Do not trust this gym. The man that runs it is a crook. (They’ll tell you it’s a husband and wife duo, but she doesn’t do anything)

This company is completely toxic and against empowering women. They claim they created a community where women feel valued and safe. They do not do either. They claim to be owned and operated by women, which is a husband and wife team. The husband controls all decisions and doesn’t listen when members voice concerns or raise issues. Many time gym members where censored and were told not to state anything negative about the company. If we had any issues, we were told to email them or call the office, which phone calls were never picked up and emails and voicemails were left unanswered. When the staff would return emails, they were unprofessional and never answered the questions that were asked. Several members requested heavier equipment, better temperature controlled rooms and more fans to help circulate air. The requests went unanswered or took so long to garner a response that group exercise were so sweltering that member had to step in front of fans just to cool down so they pass out due to extreme heat. The last straw that led to me cancelling my membership was Blush cancelled their 30 minute training program without notice or warning and with no back up plan on how to still service those members who only worked out in this class. Lastly, there are several moms who took their children to the babysitting offered that ended up with very sick children. The cleanliness of the gym is disgusting.

I do not recommend Blush or any of their affiliates.

I gave this place one star because zero stars wasn’t an option. They are extremely unprofessional and horrible to members and employees. They terminated a program a lot of us pay extra for with no warning to us members or the trainers. Then they made cancelling an absolute nightmare and are still charging me for this entire month for a service that no longer exists all while immediately terminating my membership. This isn’t the first issue this company has had either. They pulled a similar stunt at their Lee’s Summit location. Find any other female gym and avoid all branches at any cost! The pink walls and cute marketing aren’t worth it.

My girlfriend really likes this place, she says the only thing she'd change is she wishes they had classes on Fridays. she says a lot of the other girls feel the same way.

EDIT 7/10/2021: I had asked for my account to be canceled on January 25th. I received a call from a debt collector today for 300+ dollars due to Blush Fitness for unpaid membership dues. I went to message them on FB- they had blocked me. I again sent an email to someone at blush. This is absolutely ridiculous.

EDIT 4/27/2021: I had to cancel my cards, alert my bank of fraud, and then finally change banks to get this issue resolved. Haven’t heard from anyone since. 10/10 would not recommend.

I was SUPER stoked on Blush when I first started using them. Then, Covid happened. I, like many others, lost my job and benefits. I had previously signed up for personal training for a year. First, they kept charging me during the time in which everything was closed. Pretty scammy. I have been BEGGING to be allowed to get out of my contract since then. I have asked to be contacted by the managers and owners. They just keep referring me to speak to the PT department. When it comes down to personal training or paying for health insurance- I am certainly not going to give up my health insurance. I have yet to hear from the owners or managers. Definitely done using Blush.

And also- transphobic AF. They informed one of my friends (she is transitioning) that she was unable to use the facilities because it might make members uncomfortable.

I do love that it an all women's gym!!!!!!!
AND
Daycare/Childcare while you workout!!!!!!
Now Daycare on the weekend (especially Sunday) is way less

The Gym is 24/7 staff is Not

But I wish the classes offered was more diverse in every way and fun (I want to have fun while I kill myself to get into shape)

p.s. if you want everything included it gets very pricey (I did and in locked in for a year) and they use to have heart rate monitors that could track your HR in classes on the screen, well not anymore

All in all I like it But they have space for improvements

This is a really great gym. It's nice to not be nervous going to the gym anymore. And it's nice going to a private gym.

** a lot of the 1 star reviews if you haven't noticed, are written from men . Which cannot even get into the gym. This ladies gym went viral on tiktok and fb and a lot of angry men tried to ruin the reputation of it. **
