This place keeps calling me nonstop even though I have explained to them multiple times I am not interested. If you need a gym and this is the style of workout you want, it may be great, but I already have something that works for me, which I have explained to Marcus three separate times now. Do not let them get ahold of your number unless you like getting calls from them that are so insincere and only try to get more clients.

It was very clean and organized! The ambience makes you feel as though you are at a special space station. The gentlemen were very professional and accommodating! This is a great place to go if you are experiencing boredom or a plateau in your routine. I would highly recommend it!

April is another outstanding trainer and she currently has the most seniority at Body20, and it shows in her expertise and professionalism. She’s always on time, personable, and genuinely invested in her clients’ progress. I’ve trained with a variety of Body20 coaches for over a year, and April remains in my current rotation because of her consistency and knowledge. She knows the ins and outs of all the Body20 programs and keeps workouts fresh by mixing things up—even when I think I know what I want, she offers new challenges that push me in the best way. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating trainer, April is the one!

Keyon is also an outstanding trainer who knows how to strike the perfect balance between pushing me when I need it and adapting when I’m struggling—like right after the holidays. He tailors workouts to ensure I still make progress without risking injury, which is so important for someone like me who tends to push too hard. I appreciate his ability to challenge me while recognizing the days when I’m not at my best. It’s clear he truly cares about his clients’ well-being and success. Highly recommend!

Five stars for Wasu every time! She truly knows how to harness the power of the EMS machine, tailoring each session to my needs. In just 20 minutes, she pushes me beyond what I thought possible, especially during those challenging final two minutes of cardio. Strength training might be my favorite, but with Wasu, I even survive the cardio grind. Here’s to many more sessions of feeling stronger every day!

Amber is also awesome! She always pushes me to my limit, and by the end of our 20-minute session, I’m just like, ‘Thank you, God!’ Her creative use of resistance bands and other fun contraptions keeps the workouts interesting and challenging. Plus, her great personality makes the tough sessions enjoyable. I’m sure there are other great trainers, but Amber is definitely in my top two. If you’re looking for a challenge, definitely put Amber on your list of must-try coaches. Definitely a five!

I had an amazing workout session with Key! He is incredibly professional and motivating, making the entire experience enjoyable and effective. Literally a game changer for me in terms of motivation to work out. The 20 minute sessions fly by and I leave with a great sweat and much more energy for the rest of the day. I’ve been trained by April, Keyon, Salvador, Matt, Carson, and a few others, all of which are awesome to work with.

You can do strength classes for more focus on building muscle, performance for a more HIIT-focused workout, or even do full cardio. Also, HIGHLY recommend the “relax” setting to warm up beforehand for a few minutes.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a different workout experience compared to a traditional gym membership. I’ve loved it.

Do not give any information to any Body20 location.
They will message and call you consistently no matter how many times you ignore them or tell them you're not interested. Even if you block their number they'll continue to call from different.
Body20 could be great and sounds interesting, but horrible business practices.

This is the most predatory gym I have ever been to. Someone called me to do a free workout some odd months after I did a trial and decided not to get a membership. This person offered me a free workout, and when I arrived they said I would be wasting their time. Now, that I have wasted my time, be very serious about if you would like to join or don't bother with their predatory calls, texts, etc.

Went in July 13, 2022 for my first full body workout. It was freaking amazing. I have back and knee issues and I have hit a plateau with weight loss, just on eating alone. This workout was incredible. The bodysuit targets all the muscles to get an intense workout in a fraction of the time. I was so happy I even complete a full workout for the first time in a while. Thank you Body 20!! I can't wait to keep going and get stronger every workout.
