If you are looking for a personal training gym look not further! I signed up to do shared personal training (one trainer working with multiple people at once) and my experience has been awesome so far. My workout is tailored to my needs and there is always a trainer close by to help with form and instruction. You can tell the BridgeFit team has intentionally work to cultivate a positive and lighthearted (even if you are working hard) atmosphere. The price is kind of steep for my budget, but when you consider you are training your body to stay strong for life, I’ve found it to be worth the investment. Highly recommend!

I joined a year ago cos of my rotator cuff and hip flexor issue. I was concerned if resistance training was going to help me. Dustin tested my range of motion and make sure the coaches know about my condition. The coaches are attentive and help me work around my problems. The resistance training program helped me to strengthen my muscles and now I’m pain free most days.

The team at BridgeFit is fabulous! They truly pay attention to the individual and what their body requires. I came in with all kinds of aches and pains. Modifications were made to any exercise so I wouldn’t feel any pain. In a few months time my aches were gone and my strength greatly improved. All of the trainers are kind and take a true interest in you. Thanks to Jared for pushing me and for all the others for the encouragement. The most surprising thing happened to me after just a very few weeks at BridgeFit.
After one of my structured workouts, I left the gym and headed to a bagel place. Got my bagel, sat down with it and a book and then noticed I was not slouching in the chair.
What? I’m a sloucher! How did this miracle happen? It was so amazing, it was like I couldn’t have even slouched if I wanted to!
To me it was beyond belief. It was absolutely effortless on my part. It. Just. HAPPENED!!!

It had been a few years since I had worked out consistently and I was looking for help to get back in shape. I looked into personal trainers, but that was more money than I wanted to spend. Then I came across BridgeFit’s website and was interested in their small group personal training. I meet with Dustin and was impressed with the gym, the staff, the program and their reasonable prices.

I have been a member of the BridgeFit community for 4 years. I've trained with Dustin Yantzi for over 8 years. Prior to training with Dustin and other staff, I had a lot of hip pain and was experiencing bone density loss. At BridgeFit, the trainers assessed my overall fitness and created an individual plan to help me reach my goals. This is an ongoing process and I'm feeling better and more fit than ever before. I don’t write a lot of reviews but like to when I’ve had a really great experience. I started strength training at BridgeFit in January and have gotten so much stronger this year. And have done that safely - a key focus of theirs, which originally attracted me to give them a try. I was attracted to BridgeFit’s small group personal training which is at very reasonable rates. What is different at BridgeFit is each person has their own unique set of exercises to do according to their body goals and abilities. And they change up the program frequently which keeps my body guessing and me interested. The atmosphere is non-competitive which I like. And the trainers are knowledgeable about the specific limitations I have from old injuries that were identified in a 1-on-1 assessment when I first signed up. They are also such a great group to work with - very welcoming and upbeat. They make getting and staying fit really enjoyable. I’m very happy I found BridgeFit and have developed a steady fitness program again. I’m in my 60s and I realized it was definitely time to get back in shape and build that into my weekly schedule so I stay healthy.

I love to come to BridgeFit Personal Training. Though I have always been active, I have not always worked out. I am a competitive tennis player and had meniscus surgery one and a half years ago. Before BridgeFit, it was hard getting my knee back to pre surgery levels. I always had some sort of lingering pain. After about nine months of working out twice a week with exercises tailored to my knee, I can finally play tennis pain free. I really am amazed about my progress as I thought I might be looking at more surgery. I should also add, that all of the trainers are so nice and friendly. It feels like a family. They also plan fun activities outside of the gym like bowling, pickleball, tennis, etc. The program is very flexible so if I get a last minute tennis game that was scheduled during one of my workout times, I can easily change it to a more suitable time for me. I have really enjoyed working out at BridgeFit.

The coaching team—Jarod, Gemma, Chase, and Noah, have been consistently kind and personable. They take the time to ask about my day, making the gym feel like a family rather than just a business.
A special shoutout to Barb. Her dedication to staying engaged with members even outside the gym is commendable. The You Vs You challenge, in particular, has been a really effective way to push myself beyond the confines of the gym. It’s a cool concept that encourages us to compete with ourselves and others, reaching for our personal best. I snuck some birthday cake the other day though. Sorry guys.
Jarod has been especially helpful, reassessing my calorie and step goals when I wasn't feeling well. His advice to listen to my body and use goals as guidelines rather than rigid rules was invaluable. By slightly increasing my calorie intake and decreasing my steps, he helped me find a balance that gave my body the fuel and energy it needed. As a result, I've lost a couple of pounds and noticed more muscle tone. PS - Get better soon Jarod!! The gym misses your presence.
Bridgefit stands out for its dedication to personalized attention and support. You'll definitely feel uncomfortable breaking bad habits like sticking your butt out instead of tucking lol, but it's eye-opening to learn what proper form really is. I started going to BridgeFit 15 months ago because I wanted to feel better and improve my overall health. As a woman in my mid-50s, who has never been a fan of fitness programs, this was a hard step.
The staff, community and environment were immediately welcoming, and the experience was comfortable from the get-go. I love how workouts are personalized for what I need and want to work on. The trainers — all of them — are fun and friendly, and they understand the difference between pushing someone (unpleasant) and challenging them (supporting them in doing their best). The team is always helpful, making sure I'm doing the exercises properly, for best results and for safety. If something doesn't feel right, they help me modify to fit where I'm at and what I'm capable of.
They worked with me through some health challenges last winter, and I was able to keep working out. I came out the other side in a good spot, ready to continue to improve. Now, I've upped my workouts from 3 to 4 a week ... because I actually like going and know it's helping me for the future. I have NEVER felt this way about any fitness effort I've tried. And I have NEVER stuck to it for this long. This place just WORKS.

I have been working out at BridgeFit for one month. I am an older person and have been looking for the right fit for me. I need personal training to help modify workouts for my age and for various old injuries (torn meniscus, broken wrist, separated shoulder) all from a life well lived. I also need the accountability from working with a personal trainer - and motivation from seeing results. Because I travel all the time, I also need flexibility to pause the billing cycle or move my workouts around, to accommodate missed workouts. Oh, and I work full time so I need a number of workout options - am, lunch and pm option. YES, to all of the above.
I am not a newbie to working out, group workouts or personal training. I have been active my entire life. I have finally found my place and my people. The coaches are extraordinary and supportive. The results I am seeing after just one month of working out twice a week (sometimes three if I missed a workout the week before) is paying off. I already feel stronger, have more energy, sleep better, and look better. These results are motivating me to track what I am eating and to work out independently when I am out of town. I can’t wait to see where I am in six months.

I highly recommend BridgeFit if you are looking for a place to meet your fitness goals. I joined this gym in January. I was immediately impressed with the amount of individual attention that I received upon joining. I had 4 individual sessions with Dustin, who took time to discuss my goals, access any areas that needed work and create a program specifically for me. My first small group training session was awesome. Right away I could tell this was the place for me!! The trainers, Chase, Jarod and Ben are the best!!! They are excellent motivators and they all take time to help with the set up of each exercise and check your form. The 55 minute session goes by so fast!! Tracking my workout on the iPad is another bonus. I am able to record what I did in each session and track my progress. And I can tell you after 2 months I am seeing results! I am a runner who had been putting strength training on the back burner. Now that I have committed to 2 days a week at BridgeFit I can tell a difference in my runs. My times per mile are decreasing. And I feel so much better!! I have had friends comment that they can see the changes as well! It is truly the best decision I have made! Dustin Yantzi has created a positive and welcoming environment where people of all fitness levels can reach their goals! It’s a great place to be!

I started the small group classes in October and thought I’ll try it for a month two times a week. Honestly thought I’d have to email in 2 months and ask to cancel. However, the email I sent was to increase to three times a week. Surprisingly I’ve really enjoyed the classes and have felt how much stronger my core is and improved mood. I have attended BridgeFit for the last two months and have enjoyed every session and the results I have achieved. I had never attended an organized fitness program, and the BridgeFit approach works well. It started with a personal interview between the head coach/owner Dustin and me. We discussed my goals, challenges, and history, and then we captured a physical baseline. Next, a tailored workout was created for me. I started attending personal training sessions, and then after a few weeks, I graduated to the small group sessions. My small group sessions still had dynamic personalized training routines that were maintained and tracked on the connected BridgeFit app. In two months, my strength and endurance have increased, my flexibility has improved, and I can see changes in muscle tone. The coaching staff is fun, friendly, engaging, and caring. They encourage you to improve your goals safely and always cheer you on. The other customers who I work out with are also fun, and diverse. The whole experience is very safe and welcoming. I am so glad I found BridgeFit and continue to enjoy the positive impact on my health and fitness.

I'm 65yo and if your hair has or is turning gray and you just don't move as well as you did in the past. Look no farther than BridgeFit! Dustin, Chase, Ben, and my trainer Jarod won't train you to be WEIGHT LIFTERS. They will teach you how your body is supposed to be moving (or not) to get the most from your workout. Long story short, BridgeFit has changed my life. I started at BridgeFit almost a year ago (September 2022). I had significant hesitation joining a club with a bunch of totally young, fit athletes. I had declined quite a bit physically during the past few years. I reached out to BridgeFit because they cater to folks who are trying to return to their healthier selves. I am overweight and in my 60s. It hurt to get up out of a chair. My flexibility had diminished during COVID and my sedentary office life behind a computer screen. My goal was not weight loss, but better mobility. I figured if I didn't do something now, I would be miserable in retirement, a time I hoped to enjoy the fruits of my labors by travelling. I have lost weight slowly (17 lbs) over the course of the year. But, I have so much more ease in getting around. BridgeFit trainers are encouragers. Joining BridgeFIT has been the best decision I have made for myself! After years of trying to piece together my own fitness plan, I realized that I needed accountability and someone to believe in my ability to maintain a fitness plan and get stronger. I found all those things and more at BridgeFIT! Dustin takes your first few sessions to learn about your goals and any physical limitations and designs a personalized program. Then you get to implement that program in the small group sessions, where everyone is following their own plan. This creates a non-competitive, supportive atmosphere that truly is fun! BridgeFit has honestly been a game changer for me! I’ve never been a part of small group personal training classes and I can truly say I don’t think I could ever go back. Dustin creates tailored exercises to what your goals are. I am currently getting ready for my wedding and the team here always encourages me. Since I’ve been here since August, I have been able to increase my squat weight significantly. By tracking exercises on their own personal app, I am able to see how much stronger I am than when I started.
Not only are the trainers great, but you start to build friends amongst the people you workout with as well. Personally, having the accountability of everyone, trainers and peers, really motivates you to get to the gym. With monthly nutrition check-ins and in body scans, Dustin makes sure I stay on track. If I could give it 20/10 stars, I would.

I have known Dustin for many years before he started BridgFit. He is a family friend as he has helped train both my sister and mother in the past too. I like that he can make a workout for me who was active with soccer and marching band 24/7 as well as my mom who just wanted to get into better shape at the time. Now with BridgeFit he has an environment where he can do what he does best. Helping me and my family reach our goals and encouraging us along the way. He listens to me and creates a workout specifically for me to reach my goals and it works.
In addition to Dustin, BridgeFit has Taylor and Jamie who are awesome, welcoming and friendly just like Dustin. Like Dustin they are willing to listen and help you achieve your goals. All three of them know what they are doing and focus on your wellbeing on top of helping you reach any goals you could have. For example, I have a problem with my wrists because of my time on the drumline for my school's marching band. As long as I tell them it is hurting they can find a way to adjust my workout so it doesn't hurt, or give me a different workout that will still help me reach my goals. You don't even have to be working towards getting stronger. Your goal could just be to increase your range of motion or your stamina. Whatever it is you are looking for they can help you get there.
The gym also has any machine or equipment you could need and they make workouts plans using everything available. Even if they didn't have something for a specific muscle group, which I'm certain they do, Dustin can give you an exercise that works that muscle group without needing a machine. In other words he knows what he's doing and he does it well. I also like that he is continuing to learn and improve so he can give you the best workout for your goals.
I like how there is the option to do personal training sessions as well as small group personal training, what me and my family do, which is usually around six people or less. This is great because if I ever have any questions about my workouts I can get the attention of whoever is there at that time slot, Dustin, Taylor, or Jamie, to answer even if I have to wait just a little while they help someone else. I'm never going to be ignored.
They are also extremely flexible if for whatever reason you can't workout for an extended period of time. I recently got a dog bite on my finger that got infected. My doctor told me not to do anything extraneous while the swelling and infection goes away and I was able to pause my workouts until I'm ready to start again.
I'm trying to think of more stuff that I like about BridgeFit but really I like all of it, and so does my mother and sister. Plus, this review is already long so I'll stop here.

After two years of stress fractures and misdiagnosis, two rounds of physical therapy, and a knee replacement, I was still having pain and discomfort in my leg and lower back. I can't recommend Dustin/BridgeFit enough. The shift that I've seen in my sense of strength, stability and overall well-being is way bigger than anything I could have expected in only a few months.
I started training with Dustin very skeptical of anything gym, fitness or strength related, literally never having set foot in a gym, but right away he helped me to feel at ease and welcomed in the space. I came recommended by my body worker after struggling with chronic pain in my back, knees and hips for years and after just a few months I am amazed to report that I am free of almost all of my pre-existing pain. I'm definitely in the best shape of my life and we're still just getting started.
Dustin is super knowledgable - I taught yoga for years and considered myself a body expert, but even in my first session he introduced practical, foundational concepts for movement that I had never had so clearly explained to me in a way I could actually work with. He's also just a lot of fun, like someone I would want to hang out with. When I'm feeling challenged he's incredibly kind and patient. When I want to judge myself as being "bad" at something, he always helps to reframe it in a positive light. I find his dedication to his work while balancing family, faith and volunteer work really inspiring and I genuinely look forward to working with him each week.

I have been training with Dustin since I was a Freshman in high school and I am so thankful to have worked with him for so many years. Dustin helped me achieve numerous goals in strength speed, and movement. I learned the proper way to move and lift with no pain, as well as all the speed mechanics to get faster. Dustin is an amazing trainer. I have been training with Dustin for about 3 years. I suffered from a disorder of a smell and taste 4 years ago where I had been taking a prescribed medicine that made me very ill and unable to workout. My physical activity level was terrible. Dustin was extremely patient in helping and encouraging me to stay with the plan and gradually increase my activity level. After working with Dustin for several months I noticed I was beginning to taste and smell again which I had been told was not possible. Additionally, I had suffered knee problems for about 20 years.
