Great coaches and facilities. Hard to believe you can find a gem like this in such a small town. They even offer yoga classes.. As an added bonus, the membership is super cheap.

It's ok. They're not necessarily lifters. There wasn't really a place to go over 500 with safety bars. It's not open much.
