I have been working out with Chad for a few years now. He is a great trainer and motivator. The best thing about his workout sessions is that they are rarely repeated. He really mixes it up and although they are tough work outs, I always feel great afterwards. I have type 2 diabetes and being active and exercising is important. My overall diabetes heath has improved tremendously. He is also very flexible with conflicting times that do pop up and that is very helpful. I give him 5 stars +! If you are a beginner or athlete, Chad will come up with a great program for you.
