CLASS Fitness & Training offers 40 minute, trainer led, functional training classes. These classes utilize a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettle bells, 4 full squat racks, plyometric boxes, battle ropes, medicine balls, and MORE! These classes are designed to target different muscle groups daily, build lean muscle, and burn body fat, while mastering movements over 12 week periods.
Members can also purchase additional 1-on-1 personal training programs, monthly macro coaching, and join monthly challenges!

I’ve gone to several different gyms in the past and CLASS is the workout I’ve been looking for. Strength focused, women-only, 40 minutes, and a good variety of class times. The smaller class sizes are a plus as well.

I went to my first CLASS this evening at the new Overland Park location and fell back in love with working out! After taking a few months off from the gym, I lack self-confidence. Paige, the owner and tonight’s trainer made me feel STRONG and powerful. She explained the workouts so beginners could easily understand and helped adjust movements when I wasn’t quite getting them right. The gym is brand new, and you can tell. The equipment, flooring, even down to the speakers, everything was squeaky clean.

I did a free trial here, and I really wanted to love it. And for the most part, I did. I loved the structure of the classes, and the focus on heavy lifting. However, with the focus on heavy lifting, there should be coaching on proper form, technique, etc. to avoid injury. And that’s what I found to be lacking. Instructions are given at the beginning of the workout, but then there isn’t really a lot of follow-up or observation from the trainers during the rest of class to make sure you’re doing things correctly. Kind of a bummer for me, because I loved everything else about this place. If you’re already knowledgeable about form & technique, you’ll love it. But for beginner like me, it wasn’t a great fit.

I only have great things to say about CLASS! Everyone at CLASS is extremely welcoming and supportive of one another making it the perfect environment. Paige is extremely supportive whether that be words of encouragement, helping with form, or pushing you to go heavier than you thought you could! I’d highly recommend for any women looking for a gym!

I absolutely love this gym! The community here is amazing—everyone is so kind, encouraging, and fun to be around. I’ve been going to this gym for about 10 months now and love it! I love the heavy weight focused aspect but it’s never boring. 40 min classes is just right for my busy lifestyle. Paige, the owner, has worked her butt off to make Class everything it is. Love you Class 😍

CANNOT say enough amazing things about CLASS! Only 40 minute workouts that focus on different muscle groups, daily. After 3 months, already visible changes in my arm muscles! A very relaxed atmosphere with only women supporting women and the owner, Paige, is the best!

I love Class! I joined several months ago after leaving one of those big box gyms, and didn’t realize how refreshing it was to come here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming, the workouts kick my butt, and the trainers are top notch! Do yourself a favor and check Class out for yourself, you won’t regret it!

CLASS is different than any other group fitness gyms I've been to. We focus on strength training and are challenged to lift heavy weights. I love that the time flies by but I leave every class feeling like I got a good workout and was challenged that day. The community and atmosphere is great to be apart of.

This is the first gym I’ve joined that actually focuses on strength training and not just cardio. The classes during the week focus on different muscles, and it’s not the same workout week to week. The owner does a great job coaching and making the classes fun! Highly recommend giving CLASS a try

CLASS is locally owned and the owner Paige is wonderful. I highly recommend checking this place out! I am a new mom and decided to get back in shape with CLASS & I am so glad I did. I am now able to lift my baby up easily and have more energy to play with him! Definitely seeing great results.

CLASS truly is something magical. I went in burnt out on a typical gym routine and was looking for something different, and I found it. From the amazing women that lead to the women I work along side with everyday, I’ve always felt not only welcomed but encouraged! I love that it’s a 40 minute class so I can get in and get out with my busy schedule. I’ve already seen an improvement in my strength!! Let me first say that I have tried many fitness studios and this one by far is my absolute favorite. There are so many technical things that I love about this place, like the super intentional and effective programming. But it also really it also comes down to the good vibes, and this place is full of women lifting up women. It’s a place you want to come to. The classes are full of women in all parts of their fitness journey. You will be surrounded by women that you aspire to lift as much as, women starting or restarting their strength training journey, and everyone in between. One of my other favorite things about this place is the smaller class sizes. I believe classes are limited to around 12 participants. This create an environment where the instructors can help ensure you have good lifting form. I have tried other places where the class sizes are too large for there to be proper oversight on form. If you come here 3 to 4 times a week you will see results. If you add in eating enough protein, drinking enough water, and increasing your step count per day? You will reach the goals you are hoping for. Love this locally woman-owned fitness studio. I am so grateful for the strength and community I have gained here. I don’t envision ever not being a member!

I joined CLASS after my sister recommended it, and I absolutely love it. The women who work out here are incredibly supportive, and the workouts are the perfect level of challenging. The instructors are also great about providing modifications if needed. I would highly recommend.

I absolutely love CLASS!! These ladies have left me feeling so empowered and with more confidence than I’ve had at any gym I’ve joined. Joined CLASS with my daughter and am SO impressed with the quality of the workouts! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that it is all women and has a safe and non-intimidating environment. This place is welcoming to women of all ages and fitness levels, has fun music for motivation, and is just the right size for a local gym. The owner and coaches have been open to personalizing my experience to meet my needs, whether I'm too overheated or have an injury or am just not feeling it on a particular day. TOP NOTCH!
