I would give Claudine and her crew 100 stars if I could. Their method is gentle while still challenging kids to learn new skills. It has been so fun to watch my child gain confidence in the pool over such a short period of time.

Claudine is very difficult to work with. I bought a punch card and then found classes for my 2 yr old granddaughter that was only a few blocks away. Even though I had not even been to a class she would not refund my money. I would definitely look around before purchasing lessons from Claudine!

Emailed multiple times, called multiple times to try to get my daughter into swim lessons and received absolutely no communication or response back. Started contacting last June and still haven’t heard anything. Very weird. Seems you would want business from your community!

They do not issue refunds - even after saying they will, which is bad for business. I think it’s disgusting to REFUSE to refund somebody for a service that they did not receive.

This is an affordable place to get private swim lessons for your child. Claudine and her employees are incredibly friendly and learn your children's names and personalities quickly. You can book online and get discounts for buying multiple lessons at a time. I wish the lessons could be a bit longer (15 minutes) but it is effective in that time for my child (4 y/o) so far. If you need lessons do not hesitate.
