I was in town for my kids ball tournament and had a lengthy break between games so planned on getting in a workout. Front desk staff was kind and accommodating, I enjoyed a great workout and nice locker room facilities. The club was very clean and welcoming!

On day that dues were to be pulled out they weren’t. Got to the gym and fixed it with same charged and got returned payment fee added on. Rubbed me the wrong way when the card I gave for initial sign up is same card I used today and the payment was taken no problems yet they got their fee.

I paid $635 for a family membership thinking I could use all amenities they say we can use including the classes but we can’t use a court for tennis match unless you pay $10 per hour also equals up too $10 per day an hour x 365 days per year= $3650 dollars extra so your actually gonna pay $4285 per year waste of money if you ask me!!! Good way too scam you $3650 dollars extra. Very disappointed with this gym you can sign up for the Rec gym in town for $50 dollars a year don’t waste your money with club one fitness

This is a wonderful place as far as the workout equipment, different services they provide and the pool amenities. The only complaint I have is maintenance chooses to empty out the whirlpool at the most inconvenient times. There can be people chilling in there and they kick em out so they can do whatever they do with it. Super annoying. Can they not wait until business hours are over?? We pay good money for memberships.

Tandy mixes up the yoga sessions.
Sometimes we use the big balls, other times we use a chair. At times we stretch using the ballet bar and of course our mat on the floor.

Hands down best gym I’ve been to. The workers are always friendly and easy to get along with especially the older lady at the desk (she’s my favorite), she always says howdy with a smile to me when I get there and knows me by name, mainly because I always forget my keycard. But the facilities are nice, they have plenty to do for anyone and everyone. Number one gym to go to in Great Bend for sure.

I've been coming to this gym over my lunch hour almost every day, and am always greeted with smiles and positive conversations. The equipment is fantastic and the variety of machines was almost overwhelming at first, but I have grown more comfortable and confident with each visit. The environment is great, the other members are kind, and the facility is always clean.

Reasonable rates for easily the best gym in town with the most variety between sauna, pool, weights, hot tub, and basketball and tennis courts. Couldn’t ask for more of a gym in a town the size of Great Bend!

My doctor suggested swimming since I’m having so much pain exercise any other way. I actually like exercising and can’t believe those words are coming out of my mouth. The only problem I have is there is the one steam room has a tainted odor of mildew. However everything else is in good condition.

$110 signup fee and $52 a month for a single person. Only $8 more a month for families??? Sounds like they are encouraging a daycare environment. I guess I'll go to Anytime for $30 a month. Not super polite and their military discount is frankly an insult.

Poor customer service rude older lady that works at front and a maintenance man was very rude he looked to be in his 40s-30s just didn’t even feel comfortable around them older lady up front was talking to another customer about people

The older lady working, every-time we come in is rude up at the front, and someone I know over heard her in the hot tub complaining about us to customers. The maintenance dude once shook his head at us and said ahah when me and my girlfriend were just talking not hugging or anything like that we were literally just having a conversation. Everybody else who works there had been nice but theese two people make me not even want to go there yet alone have a membership

GREEDY!!!*****
Although the facility itself is nice getting out of there contract is harder than it should be. After 6 months your membership goes by a month to month basis. I had canceled my card due to losing it but this was after the 6 months so I thought I was in the clear. They kept charging me without a method of payment and told me I would have to sign a contract to cancel my subscription. I hand not paid in two moths and had not used the facility in over 6months. After sending me a message stating if I didn’t pay they would cancel for me and send the notice to collections I realized I needed to call them and see what was wrong. When I called they told me I would have to pay 150 for them to stop charging me. They did take about 25 off after I explained I had covid and was unable to come in earlier. They then said I could cancel over the phone. Just if you’re getting a gym membership make sure you’re using it and make sure you let them know you are canceling and sign that contract or they just keep charging.

I know I'm just a kid but this place is amazing me and my family go there all the time and have a good time swimming or working out. It is clean and sanitary and has an amazing staff. They have reasonable hours some times I never want to leave. Thank you for having such an amazing place in this small town.

Really bad customer service. Specifically Makayla had poor customer service skills. I wasn’t allowed on cardio equipment which is ok, but others under the age of 17 were using the cardio equipment as well. Meanwhile we where the only ones who were called out on this rule. Makayla was also laughing when we told her this and didn’t care about us talking to the manager.

They will scam you into taking your money. Make sure if you cancel your contract, you always call them to make sure they did it. They just put the paperwork aside and keeps charging you. Next thing you know, you owe them a ton of money without using their gym. Screw this gym. I will keep telling people to stay away from it.
