We provide a fitness experience catered to all ability levels! Core Fitness has a full set of strength training machines, a free weight room and a fully integrated cardio floor. Each treadmill, bike and elliptical has an individual TV screen and workout tracking capabilities. Trained staff are on site at all times to ensure you are achieving the safest and most effective workout.

I think they need better customer service…I gave a 3 because 2 lady’s that worked at between 7 in the front came up to are group only 4 people we are all trainers for each other to support and confidence each other!! They came up to us in a rude matter and told us that we was crowding the one machine we was taking turns on to be polite to others wanting to use the machines next or wanting to use in general so we would want better service for the ladys that came up to us just upset u guys had to come in a rude matter there was more to the story but just please work on ur skills on talking to customers and how u say it and please let us know before working out if u have a problem with us how we work out! Please and thank you no hate on the gym just needs some help with these things.

The facility is always clean. The staff don't always know how to work the machines which can be frustrating. Most seem to be easy to use for novices.

The gym is open again! They have a few machines blocked off for social distancing. Be advised the water fountain is blocked off so make sure to bring your own hydration. They also close twice during the day to do a deep cleaning. I'd give them a call before heading out.

I've been working out in my home gym for years now and just recently decided to venture out into trying a Gym for the first time in a long time. I decided to go with core fitness simply because it was a new facility and figured it would be a great place to start fresh. I've been training here for almost a year now and I've really enjoyed the experience. The staff is always friendly, the gym is always clean, and everyone comes here to train. I love that I can get in and out without any distractions.
If you are looking for a gym where everyone is there to actually get a good workout, this is where you want to come.
