My son has been doing the youth athlete class with Ty for a while and just loves going. I have seen a big change in my son’s approach to sports as he wants to get bigger, faster, and just more athletic at any sport he plays. If you have any kids that likes to workout, they should check out the youth athlete class.

After my first class, I was sold! Ty is amazing at putting together workouts for all levels & makes sure he is available during the workouts to help with questions & form when needed. I’ve been going for 3 months now & have noticed more muscle definition & performance improvement with recreational sports!

Highly recommend! The small classes are great if you don’t want to have to plan on what exercises to do or if you are scared of the gym. This isn’t your typical gym you won’t like, Ty is great to work with and everyone enjoys the small group classes. Everyone can work at their own pace, your fitness level doesn’t matter.

I have been training with Coach Ty in his small groups for 2 months now and love it! I look forward to my classes every time I go. I love the variety of exercises we have at each class. No 2 classes are the same. I leave every class sweating and feeling like I've worked hard. Ty is a great coach, easy to work with and is very knowledgeable. He makes sure you are completing your reps correctly, provides great feedback, helps you with modifications if needed and motivates you throughout the workout. My son started doing the teen class last month and his favorite things so far have been learning new ways to workout and the variety of exercises every class. I've been training for just two weeks but already feel myself getting stronger. Workouts are challenging, hit all muscle groups, and changing exercises keeps the workout engaging. I leave each day feeling accomplished and ready to start the day. I'm excited to continue training and see my progress!

We started with the Tier 3 group classes and we've enjoyed our progress so much we are upgrading to the Tier 2 group classes! Every workout is different and the group setting is great for motivation and camaraderie.

Ty goes above and beyond to make classes work for everyone. He recently started a 5am class 3 times a week, to keep his working members able to keep coming more consistently. The classes are always different and I enjoy the strength and HIIT. Motivational and I can feel myself getting stronger. Great for anyone!!

I have worked on and off with Ty for about two years and I can say during my experience Ty was kind, professional, patient and was always uplifting when I needed it the most during my fitness journey. Even though I still have a long road ahead of me I can always lean on Ty for fitness or nutritional advice. Do not hesitate to use him as your next coach wether you are just starting out or are much father along in your journey. He will always be upfront and honest and his biggest goal is seeing a better and healthier you.
