If I could leave the stars blank I would. I have known since obtaining a membership that this is the most unprofessional/poorly managed gym facility I have ever been too. I grew up in California where the options were endless as far as choosing your home gym. The facilities strive to keep the customers and facility happy. For the small town of Norton, the need for a reliable gym would be huge blessing for those who are pursuing healthy habits. Because this is the only option in town for a gym membership i believe the lack of service is a direct reflection on the purpose of the business. If it were to draw people in instead of steer people away, I believe more people would utilize the facility.

For starters, the number advertised to get a membership is not the correct number so gaining access to a membership for a new member is nearly impossible. There is no one who works their full time, so there is a fob given to you upon membership(went your able to reach someone) for keyless access to inside of the building. It is stated that if you would like to work out as a guest then a $5 fee is "suggested" ( I say this because the sign says," Please put $5 in the box if you're a guest") and there is a drop box for those payments. However, if you are not able to have someone open the door for you this will not be an option for you. There are no rules/regulations listed anywhere inside the building or online so if there are hours of operations or exclusions of equipment no one is aware of them. There is also not a contract upon gaining a membership, so it is unclear on the expectation from the customer. The payment each month isn’t documented meaning no receipt is mailed or emailed after each withdrawal.

I write this review because I had a ridiculous experience at the gym yesterday. Where the police were called on a member of the gym for refusing to leave after paying for a yearlong membership. I don’t know all the story but the way the (I assume owner) handled the situation made me never want to go back. Not only was my experience if getting a membership terrible, but my experience also while trying to work out was incredibly uncomfortable. They need to do better or give the business over to someone who has experience in operating/owning a gym. 2/10 would not recommend.

It's small, so it's sometimes a little challenging to get to the station you want, but there are usually enough to accommodate. Very good quality and cleanliness. Cost is reasonable.

I love the hair salon. Elicia is fantastic in shaping and styling my hair. She is also a real professional at color with top notch professional training!

I don't go to the gym, but it is very nice. Lots of machines, specialized classes, reasonable prices.
