I had my first session yesterday. I had high expectations of this place and the environment, and they did not disappoint! I was welcomed with open arms and smiles. They showed me the studio and explained how everything works, I felt welcomed and not out of place or judged. The studio is very clean and the workouts was already set on the screen and ready to go. Iβm really excited to be apart of such a community, canβt wait for my future sessions.

LOVE ETF! This gym is for people of all fitness levels. I started out with some health restrictions that the coaches were amazing with helping me with modifications. As I have gained strength and endurance they have learned to provide the push I have needed to continue to transition through my fitness levels. Great community of members!

I started attending Eat The Frog regularly in September, after I found and participated in my first free session. Not only do I look forward to working out at the gym, but I feel like my overall quality of life has improved since I added Eat The Frog into my regular routine. I have seen people at all fitness levels in my workouts, and this place is truly for everyone because the coaches will help you make it a workout that meets you where you are at. Iβve been able to increase intensity by being consistent and working with the coaches to do what works for me. Give them a try, you wonβt be disappointed!

I've been going for two weeks and feel stronger already. They have 3 membership levels for different needs and I feel their price is very fair for everything that is included. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Very family friendly and clean, safe environment. I like that they have the virtual class option where I can be in the studio any time of day and night and there is a class running on the screen that I can join. When you join a class, you can track your stats on the screen using your heart rate monitor. There are points associated that you can use at local stores, hotels etc for things and services. The program is app supported as well, so I can sign up for classes there and teach my progress. Overall very happy that I joined.

If doing the 2 week trial make certain that you cancel the credit card. They took credit card info to try the place out 1 time during a 2 week trial and a couple months later we have hundreds of dollars of charges that they refuse to refund.

The coaches are amazing at pushing individuals to their max. They're also great at modifications for different fitness levels or recovering from injury. Eat The Frog takes the guess work out of going to the gym...you have your workout lined out for you! I love the confidence I've gained in getting back into TRULY working out. I never want to skip a workout because I know how great I feel when I'm done. And I LOVE the sense of community... inside the gym and out. Sometimes the last thing you want to do after a long day at work is workout, but stepping through the Eat the Frog doors washes that angst away! Lauren and Ross have built such a welcoming gym community, and the trainers work so hard to give everyone a personalized experience even in a group setting! I love that the fitness programming actually helps me track my progress and sets goals for me to strive towards!

You can go at your own pace. You can ask for modifications. There are all ages and all sizes there. You don't have to think about how long to hard hard to do something. First time I've done something for myself in 21 years.

I appreciated being welcomed so warmly. I wasn't judged for being out of shape and overweight. I was accepted and no one made me feel like I should not be at a gym. Modifications and help were given without being awkward and I was comfortable throughout the entire workout. My goal is to be as fit, functional and mobile at whatever size I am. I loved everything about my time at Eat the Frog!! And I look forward to getting more fit!

They are currently renovating the space. I went by and they invited me into the office . Very well laid out plans. Spent time explaining the program. Had video of other studios and the program. They are on Facebook. You could also google and Russ answers the phone . Iβve lived in MHK for over 20 years and have not been impressed with some of the other fitness sites. Iβm very excited from what Iβve see so far.
