I’ve been training here for a year and a half. Earnest is a very knowledgeable coach, and he’s always willing to help his students through their difficulties in martial arts. I have never met a “prick” at this gym! I’ve gotten along with everyone. I started training when I was 236lbs at 5’,6”. Nobody looked down on me. Everyone was willing to work with me and help me along the way. I would highly recommend anyone to try it!

Great gym. Ernest and the other coaches are very knowledgeable and give excellent instruction. If you are at all interested in BJJ or Kickboxing, this is the place to be.

My son has been training with Ernest since he was 5 years old (2009) he has learned practical techniques that will work on the street and competition. Standing up or on the ground he is able to defend himself with confidence.
