Im a connoisseur of gyms.. been all over the place and have worked out at MANY big name gyms.. THIS GYM IS FIRE! .. ample space, excellent lighting, excellent machine to free weight ratio, excellent location, and most of all, friendly staff and owner! Trent Wieland has been my personal trainer in the past. He was great. Met with me to develop mutual goals and developed workouts to assist me in meeting my goals. Took the time to teach me the correct techniques to avoid injury. He varied the workouts to keep me motivated. His style is very positive and is a great motivator. He is a great personal trainer but even better person.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. From the positive gym environment, to the knowledgeable staff that works there. The Elite Fitness management team does a great job at showing its members that they matter by constantly looking for ways to upgrade and improve the gym either by bringing in new equipment or finding new ways to paint/decorate the gym to improve the atmosphere to even bringing in some of the best supplements in the game right to the gym. This gym has one of the best atmospheres in Garden! The staff was welcoming, vast equipment available, and supportive people working out. Gym was kept clean and had lockers to put valuables in. The customer service is 1/10 being the manager cannot properly communicate and deals with confrontation in a hostile way

This gym is pretty nice! And calm in the morning. I am new the to area and bought a month pass.

Why I leave the 1 star is not because of the gym itself but the hotheaded manager that works here. That is bad with confrontation and improperly hostile.

This is week 3 of going to this gym and we are fully aware that if you bring a guest there is a $10 day pass.

However the manager is always working out and rarely in his office. So we figured he would notice the new guy being he’s the manager and would help us get him a day pass done.

Instead he choose to be hostile. Choose to poorly communicate and accuses us of playing stupid. This happened twice and both time we were more than full willing to pay for the day pass but he told us not to worry.

This caused him to get even more hot when I brought another new guy, same situation except this time when he approached the new guy, declined to let him pay $10 and then when I approached the hotheaded manager he shoed me away not even letting me get out 5 words. Then told me he’s going to talk to me at the end. This guy wouldn’t figure out a solution and instead created a hostile environment no one should have to deal with.
