I’ve been a member at EP since the studio first opened, and it has been an incredible experience from day one. It’s a small, welcoming setting with truly great trainers (Kauy, Roger and Zak) who take the time to get to know you and support your goals. It genuinely feels like you’re part of a family, not just another member at gym. The atmosphere is positive, motivating, and consistent every time you walk in. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive community and excellent coaching.

Choosing EP Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have made for my health! Health and Nutrition has been something I have really enjoyed researching and learning about the past several years but I have always felt like I was missing one key element which is the fitness piece. I have always been very active but going to the gym would overwhelm me, I had no clue what I was doing and it would always leave me feeling very insecure during my time there. I was very nervous on my first day at EP, but immediately Kauy and Roger made me feel right at home and within a few days of being there I was already feeling more confident and my workouts were no longer dreaded or overwhelming. I have loved every minute of my time at EP. Kauy and Roger are amazing trainers!! They know how to make working out and weight training FUN, at the same time gently encouraging me and pushing me to be better and stronger. I am seeing results because of it! I came in the door with no experience with weights at all, they met me where I was and it has been such an amazing experience that I have been so grateful for! Being thin isn’t necessarily in itself healthy, but being strong is!! You won’t find a more encouraging place to workout. If it’s something you have been considering, make today count and go for it!

I was not aware on how to work certain muscles.
I loved the intense cardio workout at the end of my exercise.
It is semi one on one and you learn a lot and you're not gonna get that any anywhere else even if you get a personal trainer at the Y!

I really have loved getting up early to work out at EP Fitness! I have been getting stronger, my balance has improved as well as my overall fitness level. The coaches are very helpful in creating a workout specifically designed to meet each individuals needs. I would highly recommend EP FItness to anyone looking to improve their fitness goals.

When I started with EP Fitness I was stuck. I hadn't worked out in a while and didn't know where to start, and in my 50s! I found EP and was drawn in because they focused on people like me. Sometimes it can be intimidating to be older and stating your fitness journey again. Not at EP though. The trainers are amazing! They help identify where you are and what YOU need as someone starting their later in life.They motivate you, keep you accountable and make the program individual to each client, still keeping a community feel. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

EP Fitness is great! I was looking for a place with personal training and found EP through a friend and signed up. The personal training sessions with Cody and the semi-private sessions with Kauy and Daniella are just what I was looking for. I feel so much better after my workouts and I’m so thankful I found EP Fitness!!

When I joined EP fitness I knew I needed to upgrade my physical strength but no idea how. I needed guidance and accountability. The atmosphere is welcoming and the coaches are knowledgeable and willing to guide me in nutrition, exercises for home to keep myself active on the days I don't go to the gym. The intake process every 5weeks keep me on track with my health goals. I never thought I would miss going to the gym, but I do and I am so grateful I signed up!

I am very grateful for a new gym family home! Daniella is a fabulous trainer. Very accommodating to any modifications that keep me achieving great results. Kauy is very motivating and positive.
Cody is a very refreshing positive and encouraging and full of energy. Christi keeps us engaged with follow up texts of necessary information and upcoming appointments.
They are all very engaged and passionate about our success. I couldn't have asked for a better environment and family to be with me on my health journey!

After moving to Wichita last year, I wanted to find a fitness facility that would help me work on some personal goals
I have been working out at EP Fitness for several weeks with Daniella and Kauy at the Maize location and have found that the staff has been extremely helpful! The EP Family is super friendly, fun and encouraging-they make everyone feel welcome and supported! I would highly recommend EP Fitness to anyone working on their fitness goals!

I’ve been going to EP for a 3-4 months and I was a little nervous when starting because I have never done strength training before. That fear diminished shortly after starting. The coaches were very supportive and showed me exactly what I needed to do. If you are on the fence about joining you should. I also like the accountability and nutrition support. I enjoy going to the gym now I’m excited about getting stronger

I joined in August of 2024 as a 42yr old woman and a mom of 3. Before joining I knew I was in need of a change. To do something for me and to be better for my self and my kids. I inquired at other places, but this place was so positive and encouraging. The moment I walked through the door I knew it was the place for me. I’m challenged daily and started noticing changes after two months. I feel better. I have learned so much about health, exercise, diet, and nutrition. Plus it’s so fun!
The impact it has had on me emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically is amazing.
The team at EP fitness is extremely educated and knowledgeable.
I love it there!!! I enjoy how the setting is small.
It’s fantastic. If you need a change, encouragement, and great support, I highly recommend it.

My journey at EP Fitness started about 3 months ago. I was nervous to start, and I had been putting off joining for a couple months. I kept seeing the ads, but was nervous to actually make a change. I just wish I would have started sooner! My initial goal was to drop some weight and build strength. So far, I'm down about 12 pounds. But the best part isn't the weight loss....it's how I feel about myself and all the other unexpected things I gained that I never thought about. My overall strength and endurance has improved, and so has my energy level. My hip flexor pain that I thought I would deal with chronically has completely resolved. I've also noticed it's just easier to functionally move my body, like getting up and down from the floor, my flexibility is better, balance is better, and honestly my mental health is better too. I've lost weight before and gained it all back, so I'm really looking to make a sustainable lifelong change. Maintaining weight loss is the hardest part for me, and I feel like this time I'm going to be truly successful thanks to EP fitness. The trainers are amazing, and challenge you every time you work out. Each workout is individualized to you, and you are always doing something different so you don't get bored. I honestly get excited to come work out, and love the small group atmosphere. I've had problems with my knee, and Kauy has found a way to work around that while still giving me challenging workouts. I love the accountability that EP fitness offers too. The trainers are consistently checking in with you, and I know that if I don't show up I will hear about it :D Joining EP Fitness has been the best decision ever, and I'm hooked! I can't say enough how much I LOVE this place! Yes, it's more expensive than a traditional gym, but you get what you pay for and SO MUCH MORE! The decision to invest in my health has been life changing these last three months.

In May of this year I decided I needed a change and get healthy. With the help of EP I and knocking down my goals. I am stronger than I have been in years. I have lost 30lbs so far and inches in all the areas that need it. Kauy has been great in working with me and all my issues. At 5am work outs he is positive, supportive and has a great since of humor.

My wife and I started our journey to better health with EP in April of 2023. We had both recently retired, and after the Covid 19 epidemic found it difficult to get motivated to work out. I have to give my wife credit for planting the seed and setting up our interview with Cody. I was impressed with the time and energy Cody showed us, and his interest in our journey back to better health.
Our goals were to lose a few pounds, strengthen our core muscles, and increase balance to avoid injuries from trips and falls, as well as protect our bodies from the muscle loss the senior years of life will bring. I can happily say that we have achieved and surpassed our expectations with EP. We have both lost weight, added muscle, and increased our balance and agility. In doing this we both feel better and have more energy. EP is continually improving the facilities and equipment. The training staff helps direct us with each work out and provides nutritional information for our specific goals. For us, this environment and group of caring and dedicated staff has helped improve our overall health and well being.
I can’t say enough about the training and office staff. We feel like we are working out with family and friends. If you’re looking for a place to start your journey, or take it to the next level. We highly recommend Coach Cody and his team.

During 31 years of teaching, coaching, and administration, I opened our weightroom for our student-athletes on thousands of occasions. I lifted and conditioned with them. Thus, I know weightrooms and what to do in them. After retiring and moving to Wichita 6 years ago, I have been a member of Planet Fitness, Genesis, and the YMCA--nothing seemed to fit right and then I found EP Fitness. At EP Fitness, I found a group of professionals that are knowledgeable, passionate, friendly, and caring--yet they drive you to new heights. I have been impressed with everyone in the company I have met and I am thrilled with my improvements thus far. If you are looking for a fitness center that will guide you, push you, enhance you--this is it! If you join up, I promise you will not be disappointed.

I got started with EP over at the Andover location in September 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself.
The coaches are great at keeping us motivated with new workouts week after week, group challenges to help us network and get to know each other, all sorts of motivational one on ones to keep us on track and overall just checking in with us to see how we are doing.
The coaches keeping us accountable, tips to keep on the right track and sharing of what’s worked for them are just a few of the things I appreciate.
Over my twelve months they have shown me how important my journey is and have given me all the tools I need to reach my goals. They won’t let me cheat myself and have granted me grace when I stumbled.
If you are someone who is considering joining this location just know you are going to join a team who is going to work for you and with you to meet your goals and will be there for you for anything you may need. Only word of caution is Coach Cody’s energy is infectious. Come in ready to put in that work! Whether you need a tap or a shove to get going he will get you to the end of your workout and while you may want to quit during the session, once it’s over you will be so happy you didn’t and you’ll come back for more 💪💪💪

EP is great!! I started at EP in Andover about 3 years ago and have had a wonderful experience. Their coaches are dedicated, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They genuinely care about their clients. The community that I’ve built with the other clients has been key as well. I have never felt intimidated by the clientele - everyone is so friendly and accepting. It keeps me motivated because I know I’m always going to show up and have friends to work out with. That’s different than any other gym I’ve been to. I’m so excited that they’ve opened the Maize location, so that more people can have the same experience!

I joined EP fitness about 5 months ago and couldn't be happier with them. I was very hesitant starting this journey being over 50 and over weight. When they say judgement free zone, they mean it. They truly want me to succeed at the goals I have set for myself. It isn't awkward and i don't feel out of place. If something isn't working, they help me find something that does. I have come so far in such a short time, I am excited to see what I can do. Coaches Kauy and Olivia are both great to work with. I truly cannot recommend them enough. If you are on the fence, try it. What do you have to lose? It's affordable and times are flexible for almost any schedule. Come join me.

I needed a place that was structured and worked for me. For reference, I am 42 and came to EP in November of 2023. As of today (09/10/24) I am down over 10% body fat and have gained over 10lbs. of muscle. This is in large part thanks to Coach Kauy and Coach Olivia and the workouts that are catered for me specifically and my goals. This is great, and I am thrilled to be where I’m at now, physically. But, I think the real value EP brings is how they get you to think about yourself mentally. I was really hating how much I had let my body go and had let “work”, be my main excuse as to why I didn’t hit the gym. With a plan in place from the Kauy and Olivia, I was able to get back to a place mentally, that I can be damn proud of. Thank you again to Coach Kauy and Olivia for all the help along the way. You always get what you pay for. The service that EP fitness provides is “priceless” in my opinion.

My husband and I were talking about the need to start exercising when I saw the post on FB for EP Fitness west side. It mentioned it was for 40 to 70 year olds with semi-personal trainers, so we decided to go for it! I have not been physically active in a long time, and getting older hasn't been easy. I wanted to not only lose weight, but also become stronger and healthier. It is a small venue as opposed to a big gym, which we like a lot! Our trainers, Olivia, Kauy, Joe, and Cody, are motivating, encouraging, and knowledgeable about what we need. They monitor our progress and push us to do just a little more each time, within our physical parameters, so that we grow in our physical fitness. In the 3 months that we have been working out, 3 days a week, I personally have increased my strength, lost 19 lbs., and my endurance has gotten better. I don't dread walking as much as I did before and can feel muscles I haven't felt for years! Most of all, I enjoy being greeted by smiling faces that are ready to help and we have fun with them! And there are fellow regular clients that work out in the same sessions that we've become friends with. This is a place you can go to that is judgement free. It doesn't matter what physical shape you are in, they have something to help you! And I have to mention Christy, the scheduler and business operating guru, who is a dear, sweet person, always ready with a hug for me! I highly recommend EP Fitness!

I'll be 70 soon, have always been active, but over the years, various injureis and just wear and tear, have cost me lots of range of movement and strength. EP Fitness is my first gym membership. I was interested in correcting all of the above issues, but was a little unsure about how it would go. Everyone there has been great and my wife and I feel very comfortable working out there. You can tell they know what they're doing because they have us doing stretches and movements which I'd normally not do in day to day life, but must be working, because we could really tell a difference after just a few sessions. I'm stronger now, have better balance and confidence when traversing rough, uneven ground, and have even taken in my belt one notch, so far. I still have a ways to go, but I know the team at EP Fitness will take me as far as I'm willing to go. I highly recommend them if you're experiencing the same issues I was and are tired of it.
