I have been going to Peggy for a couple of months now and it has been life changing. I was comfortable from our first class and she makes you feel so welcomed. The environment is welcoming and makes you feel at home. I feel so much healthier and I look forward to our weekly classes. She is so knowledgeable. When I first came in I was struggling with stress due to work and school but she helped me focus on my breathing in order to help combat my stress and anxiety. I have not only learned about how to improve my fitness journey but I have also learned more about how the body works. I genuinely enjoy pilates with Peggy. It is the highlight of my week. She is concerned about you and your heath and adjusts her classes as needed for the individual. I could not recommend pilates enough, especially with Peggy.

Peggy is the best! Pilates can be intimidating to a newbie but she makes it a breeze. I'm surprised as to why I'm actually sweating because I feel like I've just been stretching a bit while hanging out with a friend. I came to Peggy prior to a total knee replacement to get stronger and more balanced before surgery. She is a very knowledgeable Pilates instructor who knows how to help each individual with their particular needs. I went to Peggy due to stiff and achy body. I had always heard of yoga but never tried it. I didn't know that yoga could do so much on the healing side ,my bad for me for not trying earlier. My daughter has scoliosis and we tried many things to help with her back. None of it was working. Within 10 weeks of starting with Peggy, she was standing taller and more loose and kept her out of a back brace. It was amazing. We are still going for maintenance and can't speak highly enough of Peggy and her skills. My daughter calls her her best friend and looks forward to every visit. She in an athlete and it's helping her stay on top of her game.

Peggy did a fantastic job helping me through chronic back pain. I had tried epidural shots, chiropractic and the Mckenzie method. Nothing made progress for 6 months. However, I started making real progress with her pilates methods and she helped me work with others to find a real solution. Peggy’s specialty is helping people with sciatica and low back pain. Her knowledge of the human anatomy is very extensive. I am truly amazed by her ability to “think outside the box” and use her sherlock detective skills combined with great listening skills to focus in on the issue that is causing the pain and come with up an exercise to alleviate the pain. Pain in the lower back usually has many underlying issues and Peggy has the ability to peel back each layer and address each issue. She is truly gifted and has help me relieve my lower back pain.

My husband and I went to Peggy to try out Pilates using the reformers. Both of us have low back problems and we’re looking for alternative ways to help with our chronic pain.
