I had been having hip, knee, and lower back problems so I asked a friend who is a physical therapist who he recommended. He said James is one of the best. I have been working out with James for many months. Every time we start our 30 minute session he asks me if I have any problem areas to work on and he tailors his session to help me with those areas. After each session, I feel much better and my knee problem is almost gone. His on-line sessions have gone well for me. I do miss the in person sessions, but because I am older, I don’t want to take any chances of getting Covid19. On-line sessions may be the new normal for some time to come. If you try James, I know you will feel better

James is amazing! He’s always a great listener, especially when he asks you what you would like to achieve & during sessions as he watches facial expressions & your form, cues he uses to open the dialogue with you on how you are doing & maybe alter the workout as you need. He also clearly communicates how he works, the terms & sets out clear expectations. He does a very thorough assessment of your abilities, your stated needs & needs he knows based on assessment. Before you do any workout, he lays out the plan & checks to see if you are ok with that. He explains to you what you need to do and why. That why helps me. He has gently challenged me to grow in strength in ways that I didn’t know were possible. He’s helped me face my fears & surpass what I thought were my limits. I feel so much stronger & alive because of James. I totally trust James because he has my best interest @ heart. And yes, we’ve only just begun. I look forward to the journey to a healthier, more flexible, stronger me! Blessings to you James!

Don’t know why this saying Kevin is posting but I’m Vicki. I’ve been training with James for almost 2 years. I am over 60 and overweight but James has helped me improve my core strength and balance. Each session takes the various aches and pains of being older into account. Well worth the time and money investing in myself.

Never have I ever stayed on a fitness path for as long as I have with this program. Not only is my over-all program personalized, my regimen is tweaked each session based on goals, results and general well-being. I am hooked and I cannot recommend James at Find Fitness highly enough!!!
