It only took once
I needed nutrition advices due to muscle pains and issues. It only took one simple question for Adi to give a full wide incredibly knowledgeable advices of which I followed feeling an instant improvement in performance, reduced muscle pain and general better feeling.

Good morning
This is the end of week 3 since I have started working with adi reaching my goal to control my high blood sugar and changing all of my nutrition as way of living.
We all know that we do not eat healty on daily basis.
The temptation in life is so big so we decide to ignore it.
We choose not too.
Then one day we realize we made a mistake and thinking it's too late.
Then we meet Adi.
Adi you have told me to the say thank you every day to something that I greatfull in my life
I thank to having amazing wife
3 amazing kids
And health
I thank you adi for giving me the knowledge,
Brought back my passion to cook.
This is a big news
We all know deep inside that if we will change the way we eat we can do it all.
I am type 2 diabetic more then 7 years now.
I have tried it all
Sometime I did well sometime I did not.
I have tried to control my blood sugar but it was always controlling me.
3 weeks ago I have changed it all.
Now I can tell you ...
It's working...
Big time

I am controling my sugar challenge in life.
I will not stop to reach my goal

Love Adi!! She taught us the best foods to eat to feel good!! I have lost weight and feel great! It took a week to get used to changes, but I can't imagine ever not eating like this!!
