This is THE gym for the Colby and surrounding area. The owner is super accessible and goes above and beyond. The gym is well-designed with thoughtful equipment for a complete workout. Whether in the general area as a new (or current) resident, or passing through I-70 and in need of a great workout while traveling, Flex Fitness is the spot.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Flex Fitness. It is a gym that offers a wide variety of equipment that is always clean and in working order. Just recently having become a member I am so happy with this facility. Having a gym in Colby that has such a variety of equipment is nice. Everything is very clean and the equipment is always in working order. Even when it's busy you still have plenty of space and equipment to do a full workout. Megan is amazing and Flex has great rates for what they offer.

Nice, clean place to work out. Equipment is in great shape. FF provides a very wide range of equipment and free weights. Owners are very easy to communicate with and are quick to respond if you have questions or need assistance. As a woman, I feel comfortable working out in the facility by my self as there are security cameras around the gym. We are lucky to have a gym like this in Colby, KS!

Its so nice to find my forever home - We Love our local gym. Its a great clean space with lots of equipment options. There are so many cardio options from treadmills, rowers, ski, bikes, stair machine, and ellipticals. Tons of free weights, sleds, pull-up rig, try, weight machines for the whole body, and several squat racks.

I have been going to flex for about a year an a half now. I have never seen such an unprofessional business owner. He behaves like a child, yelling and cussing at people. Pathetic is all I got to say about this “man”. If you are such a grown man why don’t you act like one. Treat your weightlifters with respect. Just because you are talking to your friends about the new pre you got doesn’t mean you are selling supplements. It still doesn’t give you the right to treat a customer or even a human being with such unprofessional business ethic. Disgusted. Be better.

I was in town for the weekend, looking for a place to workout, and came across Flex Fitness. I contacted the owners, who made it easy and convenient to obtain a day pass and access to the facility. When I arrived, I was extremely impressed with this fitness center. It was clean, spacious, and the equipment was top notch. There were also some unique features in this gym including a climbing rope and a high quality artificial turf section in the center for various exercises. Overall, I had a great experience and workout here. I would highly recommend Flex Fitness!
