I love the environment in this gym. Itβs clean, safe, welcoming, the trainers and members are all inviting. Not to mention 24/7 access so no need to worry about checking hours itβs open, even holidays or 2am. I wonβt go to a big box gym again as long as FF is around!

Kate is such an amazing coach. She never gives up on me and encourages me to keep working toward my goals, and never shames me for my struggles. I would recommend her to anyone for nutrition and fitness coaching! This new gym is just the icing on the cake for her. She has really created an inclusive and clean space.

My wife and I have been working with Kate Jones (owner of Foundation Fitness) for seven months. We are serious masters rowers (we train 10-15 hours per week) and wanted to start a power lifting program to improve our overall strength and help prevent rowing-specific injuries. Over this timespan, we focused on deadlifts, back squats and the bench press. With Kate's expert guidance, we have mastered all three lifts and we both keep reaching new PRs without sustaining any injuries. We are also realizing speed gains with rowing due to our newfound strength. It is a great pleasure to work with Kate. While many of Kate's clients are women, I will also point out that she works well with men. Specifically, Kate will train you to reach your strength goals by helping you develop a great understanding of lifting fundamentals. Also, Kate stresses to always listen to your body, which translates into sometimes sacrificing short-term goals for longer-term gains . Citius, Altius, Fortius even for those of us in our fifties and sixties.

Kate is encouraging, kind & compassionate while still holding clients accountable and getting desired results. The focus is never only on physical progress it is your mind as well. Iβve done her bootcamps off and on for seven years, and she has always met me where I was at while pushing me to do more and more! The bootcamps are challenging, fun & empowering. She creates a comfortable environment free of judgement that allows women to succeed and crush their goals. The new gym is beautiful, CLEAN, and has great atmosphere! I love having 24/7 access!
