I recommend these classes to all my friends who are pregnant or postpartum! I was never into yoga before pregnancy but a friend recommended FCYKC when I was complaining about not being able to do my normal workout classes and I loved it! I did classes through my past 2 pregnancies and loved the way it helped work out all the sore areas while building community with fellow pregnant mamas. I even brought my husband to the partner yoga class (he has never done yoga in his life) and we giggled and stretched the whole class. The pelvic floor class was also SO informative! I am so thankful to Jenny for bringing this studio to KC!

The prenatal yoga classes I attended at FCYKC were one of the most comforting and best experiences I had during my pregnancy. With it being my first, I wanted to try things that promoted a healthy pregnancy and possibly a smoother labor & delivery. And I truly beIieve FCYKC helped me to do just that. Jenny and the other instructors that I met were warm, welcoming, non-judgmental, and informative. They all made me feel comfortable and created a peaceful, relaxing space for me to be present with myself and my baby. It also provided a community of mamas that I could relate to and express my thoughts and feelings to. I’m truly grateful for my experience at FCYKC and I highly recommend them! ❤️

I love Full Circle Yoga. Started going at 16 weeks pregnant because I was having trouble sleeping and prenatal yoga was a huge help! Now 36 weeks pregnant, I can say that Full Circle has not only helped with my sleep, but the aches and pains of pregnancy as well as my preparedness for labor. Emily and Jenny are both awesome instructors and I encourage everyone who is pregnant to make this part of your weekly routine.

I found FCYKC around 30 weeks with my first pregnancy and was so thankful for a way to find movement and community in my third trimester. When I found out I was pregnant a second time I was so excited to return ti prenatal in my first trimester. I used many of the positions we worked on in prenatal during my VBAC. It’s always the best to return to Baby Yoga with many of the moms from prenatal!

Jenny is truly like a big hug. I did a single prenatal yoga at Full Circle through my doula group and knew I needed to come back following baby. I’ve been doing baby yoga for a couple of months now and I always leave the class feeling strong and connected with other woman in a similar season of a life as me. I am also looking forward to bringing my toddler to a class soon! Do not hesitate to come here! Jenny and her studio are apart of my “village” and I’ll be forever grateful!

I cannot recommend the prenatal yoga and barre classes enough! I was in KC for a 4 week rotation for school and found a wonderful community of mamas! I always felt so much better physically and mentally after each and every class. Jenny is amazing and her passion shows in each one of her classes.

I cannot recommend Full Circle yoga enough for prenatal yoga. I looked forward to attending the prenatal classes weekly and loved the built-in community and the safe, calm, and nurturing environment that Jenny, the owner, has created. She has such kind and maternal energy and makes you feel welcome and cared for when you enter her studio. The prenatal classes helped me to learn to trust my body and lean into movement to ride the waves of contractions, which helped prepare me and get through labor. A neat offering of Full Circle is that after you have your baby, you can return for Bring Your Baby yoga and continue receiving support and community. I’m so happy a friend recommended Full Circle Yoga KC to me.

Full Circle Yoga is such a gift! The prenatal yoga classes truly benefitted my pregnancy by giving me a place to move with care while being present to the season I was in! I loved the focus on community, and felt so supported going into birth. The classes are a safe place to show up exactly how you are with whatever you are capable of that day. Highly recommend to anyone on their journey to and through motherhood!

Full Circle Yoga is a very special place. The prenatal yoga teachers are welcoming, supportive, and knowledgeable. I went to yoga here once a week during my pregnancy, and it had such a positive effect on me both physically and mentally. I learned techniques that I could replicate at home when my body felt stiff or sore. I truly appreciate the mindfulness and grounding techniques I learned as well. Every time I leave class, I feel more centered, less anxious, more connected to baby, and my body feels BETTER. I highly recommend!

Full Circle Yoga KC has become like a second home for my family! I began taking prenatal yoga classes, hoping to remain physically active during pregnancy, and what I found was not only supportive physically and mentally, but a community of soon-to-be parents. The partner prenatal yoga workshop is amazing with tips for supporting a birthing person in labor. Through every stage of my pregnancy the teachers at Full Circle held space for all that I went through and suggested resources to support me outside of class. Now Full Circle is a place where my baby and I connect on the mat and with other parents and babies in the BYOB class. There’s something so special about reconnecting with friends from prenatal once our babies have arrived to the world! As a new mom it’s so important to have a safe space for babies to be babies—where we can stretch and play and cry and laugh together! I’m very grateful to have found Full Circle.

I LOVE Full Circle Yoga!! I started going around 20 weeks pregnant, and quickly made it a priority to go 2-3x /week. This routine was sooo good for my mental & physical health during pregnancy. I love the community aspect too. Every class begins with a check-in question, so you get to know the other moms a little bit. Yoga routines are often customized based on what the attendees need or want that day, and especially with the smaller classes I got so much personal attention. Pregnancy is so uncomfortable, I had a lot of pelvic & back pain, and regular yoga absolutely made a difference. Also, the owner, Jenny was my doula - cannot say enough good things about her! She is such a positive, warm, inviting person and was an amazing support person during my pregnancy, labor & delivery.

I am so grateful that Full Circle Yoga KC exists! I started attending classes when I was pregnant, and it was such a heart-warming experience. The prenatal yoga sessions gave me the opportunity to move my body in ways that felt safe and supportive during pregnancy while also connecting with other soon-to-be moms through the check-ins before each class. The sense of community I found there was so uplifting. It wasn't just yoga, it was about sharing the journey with others.
I also really appreciated the partner workshops. These sessions were a game-changer for my husband and me. They helped him explore how he could be an active and supportive player in the birthing process and beyond.
Since having my baby, I’ve loved the Bring Your Own Baby classes. They are a great opportunity to move my body, which is so needed as a new mom, and to connect with other moms who truly understand what this phase of life is like. It’s such a welcoming and understanding space. Full Circle Yoga has been with me every step of this incredible journey, and I’m so grateful for everything they offer! Thank you Jenny and the Full Circle Yoga team!

This place is the best decision I made in my pregnancy. Jenny has the most calming, comforting, kind presence and I completely trusted her expertise. Not only did the classes significantly improve my physical comfort (sciatic pain, back pain, pelvic pain) but I also learned so much about how I could experience labor. I used these strategies when my baby was born in October and it was 1000x better than my first. If you’re looking for a great yoga class, a community of kind people, a mental health boost, or practical strategies, FCYKC is for you.

Jenny creates the community I always hope to find in spaces like this. Bring Your Own Baby Yoga is such a highlight of my week.
I wish I had decided to venture into the city for prenatal yoga here during pregnancy, but I'm so glad I started attending yoga with my little one.
The instructors set out the mats and all supplies before class, and then clean up after (at least in my experience with BYOB).
Class is always a delight, and it's beautiful to see all the babies and mamas grow each week.

Awesome yoga studio! I found this studio when I was about 3-4 months pregnant and attended several prenatal yoga classes. All the instructors are very passionate about what they do, you don’t ever feel just like a random person in the room. They care about what’s going on in your pregnancy and will give people specific modifications to use for whatever situation you may be facing. I’m now 4 months postpartum and have attended the BYOB class and also enjoy that. They offer a few other classes as well that I am sure are just as good.
I originally started at the studio because I saw the reviews were pretty good and it was much cheaper than a lot of the other prenatal studios I had looked at. Even though it was less expensive, it definitely is not less quality- just budget friendly!
There’s some extra workshops they offer as well kind of sprinkled in throughout the year, one of the workshops my husband and I attended was a partner prenatal yoga that focused on how he could help support me through labor.
If you are on the fence, I highly recommend buying one of the new member day passes and just going for one class, I don’t think you will regret it.

Literally the best prenatal yoga class you could ever go to! Jenny made me feel so calm, prepared, confident and capable! I came one month before my baby arrived and my body was so relaxed and flexible from the sessions, I even used some of the positions during labor. I couldn’t be more grateful for this class getting me through that last stretch of my pregnancy. Plus, the advice, suggestions and birth stories of the other mom-to-bes during the class was everything! Please do yourself a favor and get to this class ASAP 🥰🙏🏾

I couldn’t recommend Full Circle enough. I was unsure about prenatal yoga, but it proved to be one of the best things I did during pregnancy to prepare my body and mind for giving birth. Through these classes, the instructors showed me that labor isn’t something to fear. They helped me tap into my inner strength and power, and gave me tools I needed during labor. Jenny and the instructors have also created a wonderful community of parents. Pregnancy and parenthood can feel lonely, so it makes all the difference in the world to be connected to people who are going through it at the same time. Full Circle is the best!

I cannot recommend this yoga studio enough, especially for prenatal yoga! Throughout my pregnancy, their classes were an absolute lifeline, helping me stay physically strong and mentally balanced. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, always offering modifications and ensuring that every move was safe for both me and my baby. I truly credit these classes and workshops for the amazing birth experience I had the second time around, it really made the difference for me!
What truly sets this studio apart, though, is the wonderful sense of community and connection. I felt so welcomed and encouraged, and it was such a joy to practice alongside other moms-to-be. It’s not just a workout—it’s a space to nurture both body and mind, and I always left class feeling rejuvenated. If you're expecting and looking for a supportive environment that prioritizes your health and well-being, this is the place to be!

Update! I was so grateful that I could return to FCYKC for my second pregnancy. As a second time mom, I had a lot less time to attend yoga but made it a priority to go to in-person classes on Saturday mornings for the last trimester.
I can't emphasize enough what a special community FCYKC is. It's empowering to see so many birthing people at various stages of pregnancy (and life), and Jenny is an incredible teacher. I honestly can't imagine going through pregnancy without her support. Second baby was breech for a long time and Jenny guided me through modified poses and also helped me get in the right mindset for the managing all the twists and turns of pregnancy and birth.
I'm looking forward to returning for BYOB and toddler classes, and honestly can't wait to get my first kiddo into the preschool yoga class.
Original Review: I loved attending prenatal yoga classes at FCYKC during my pregnancy! I started attending around 16 weeks and continued until I was in labor. At the beginning of my pregnancy I had a lot of anxiety about pregnancy loss and was also diagnosed with a uterine abnormality. I spoke with Jenny prior to coming to class and she did research to help me modify poses to make sure they were safe for my pregnancy, which I really appreciated. My baby was breech until ~36 weeks, so I continued to modify poses and do poses to encourage him to flip. When he finally did, our whole class celebrated, which made me feel so supported! Jenny's classes are always really motivating, and I went into labor and birth feeling very confident. I also really appreciated the conversations we had before class and the resources the other women shared. We talked a lot about the 4th trimester and breastfeeding, and now that I'm in that phase I think back to what I learned and heard daily. I am so glad FCYKC was part of my pregnancy journey and I highly recommend it for all pregnant people!

I cannot recommend Full Circle Yoga enough. I started going when I was 12 weeks pregnant and fell so Iin love with the community and practice I continued going through my entire pregnancy and now post partum with my baby.
The teachers thoughtfully adapt poses for your specific needs and develop a practice that prepares your baby and body for labor. Attending these yoga classes was so beneficial for my mind and body - they were a dedicated time for me to connect with my changing body and really think through how I wanted to approach birth for my second child. If I could recommend one thing to any pregnant person in KC it would be to attend these classes. They are incredibly welcoming, informal, and you come as you are.
I have now also attended the Bring Your Own Baby class as well as Storytime Yoga with my toddler. I recommend them as well!

I've been to two BYOB classes at Full Circle and they have both been really pleasant experiences. The first time I mostly sat and watched while I nursed my little one, but the second time I was able to participate more. The environment is supportive and welcoming, Jenny is a great instructor and facilitator. If you need a reason to get out of the house, this is definitely a worthwhile one! I would absolutely recommend to a friend. :)

I don’t know how I would have made it through my pregnancy without the classes at Full Circle Yoga KC. My older sister also went to Jenny Hellman for two of her pregnancies and when I told her I was having trouble finding good and affordable prenatal yoga in my city, she recommended Jenny. I was able to attend class virtually and took two to three classes a week. I set up my yoga mat in my nursery and even though I was many miles away Jenny and the other instructors always made me feel included. The space felt special and sacred. The instruction is top notch and I learned critical stretches that relieved my pain whilst pregnant and positions that I was able to utilize through labor. I would not hesitate to return to Jenny for yoga during any future pregnancies and I highly recommend her to all my friends. Full Circle Yoga KC is a true gem for all expecting parents.

I highly recommend Full Circle Yoga KC’s prenatal yoga classes. If you are looking to prepare physically and mentally for labor and delivery, these classes are a great place to start. I took prenatal yoga classes at another studio before finding Full Circle but felt those classes were not challenging enough. Full Circle prenatal classes are an excellent balance of solid workouts but are not too intense. The instructor also asks a question at the beginning of each class which helps you think about, and therefore prepare for, some different aspects of labor and delivery. Full Circle Yoga KC is a welcoming environment that fosters a community of expecting mothers. Thanks, Jenny!

I stumbled across Full Circle mostly by accident when I was looking for prenatal wellness Groupons around Christmas time and there was a special for prenatal yoga. I’d not really ever done yoga before so very much a newbie but felt my pregnant body needed the movement. The studio was extremely welcoming even before I ever arrived! I got a welcome email from the owner offering to answering any questions after I’d registered for my first class online. The first class I felt right at home. Jenny is owner and teaches many classes and so so sweet with a very calming personality! I enjoyed going to many prenatal classes and now some postnatal classes with my baby too! I am constantly recommending her studio to all my pregnant friends! I’m so happy I found her studio as it offers a comprehensive welcoming tribe for mothers in all stages!
Additionally, I was blessed to have Jenny be a doula for the birth of our daughter and cannot sing her praises enough! Currently early in her doula career, you’d never know it…. She brings such knowledge and calming presence to the delivery. I could not have done it without her!
1000% recommend this studio and tribe of great people!!!

I would highly recommend this studio! I started coming to Full Circle early in my pregnancy. I continued prenatal yoga classes throughout my pregnancy. It was so wonderful being able to continue practicing as my body grew and changed. I also loved getting to meet other expecting mamas and share our experiences and journeys. This was my first pregnancy. Since our little girl was born we started going to the BYOB (bring your own baby) classes and we have such a fun time together! I am looking forward to continue attending classes with her as she grows. While pregnant I also attended other workshops the studio hosted: Pelvic Floor, Couples Partner yoga, Breastfeeding course. In some of the other workshops we were able to learn different laboring positions and ways my husband could support during labor. Jenny, Deana, and Miracle are amazing yoga instructors! I cannot say enough good things about Jenny and Full-Circle. I recommend her classes to every pregnant momma I meet. Having the support from Jenny and the other women sharing this crazy moments of growing a human was exactly what I needed. Don't hesitate. I am generously endowed (all over) and have knee issues. Jenny helped me find positions that worked for my body. It was also the first yoga experience that I felt truly supported and not judged for my size (which I feel is essential for women like me who avoid certain activities because we've experienced so much judgement and criticism about our bodies). I'm so grateful for my experience and do plan to make it back for the baby friendly classes.

What an overall wonderful experience. I practiced prenatal yoga with my second pregnancy and felt it made all of the difference in feeling physically and mentally ready for birth. I utilized a visual that Jenny had led us through in class while I was in labor and was able to keep calm through very intense sensations. The instructors intentionally create a welcoming and empowering space for women and families. The owner Jenny, has found her calling. She is wonderfully genuine and is changing the world in her own way by bringing women together. Women wrapping around other women as they prepare for birth is always how pregnancy was meant to be. Best thing you can do during your pregnancy!
I was not much of a yoga person, but after reading Emily Oster's Expecting Better book she found that research proved prenatal yoga can significantly improve the birth. I figured I had to give it a try. Wow, if you are pregnant you have to go to Full Circle Yoga KC. It is a welcoming environment that any yoga skill can participate in. I feel like it was half yoga half group therapy. It was so nice to be surrounded by other women going through the same experience and not feeling alone. The instructors were so helpful on helping anyone through any aches or pains. They even brought in experts to educate you outside of just yoga like spinning babies and lactation. I was so comfortable and agile throughout my pregnancy thanks to prenatal yoga. I was even dancing at a silent disco the weekend before I gave birth! I used everything I learned in class on the delivery bed in order to successfully flip my baby around- the nurses were very impressed! I highly recommend Full Circle Yoga KC!

I came to Full Circle at 12 weeks pregnant without a clue of what it would be like. I had just moved to Kansas City and was a roller derby skater before, so yoga was unfamiliar and intimidating to me. I worried about "fitting in" with other moms there. What I received was an incredibly warm welcome, constant support, and ongoing encouragement from the instructors and other expectant parents. Prenatal yoga with Jenny has helped me connect to and experience my own body in ways I never have before. It has inspired me to dig deeper into my own fears about pregnancy, labor, and birth. And that isn't even the yoga part! Each class is relaxing, challenging, and makes me feel so good afterwards. I will recommend this studio to any and all friends who are pregnant or postpartum.

I decided to attend the Prenatal Yoga classes from a recommendation from my doula. One of the best decisions I ever made to help me enjoy my pregnancy and prepare for labor and birth. I truly looked forward to doing class with Jenny every Wednesday and Saturday. She not only prepared me physically for my natural birth but also mentally and spiritually. Connecting with other pregnant mamas during their pregnancy journey was so refreshing because everyone was so open and supportive. Jenny went above and beyond by offering to do the class live via Zoom so I could attend from the comfort of my own home and I still felt connected to everyone in the class. HIGHLY, highly recommend attending prenatal yoga classes. I was able to have a successful and surreal natural birth and I have to believe part of that was due to this amazing preparation.

I love the prenatal and baby yoga classes with Jenny, and my new favorite is the postpartum restorative class with Miracle. She has great instrumental music and a calming energy. The best part is that I’ve been going to physical therapy for slight diastasis recti and lower back pain, and we did a lot of the same poses and movements in this class that my physical therapist has me do. I have been going to classes there since I was 5 weeks pregnant and will make a point to make it to my mat every week until baby is earthside. It brings zen and joy to my week and to this pregnancy. Highly, highly recommend!!

I would recommend the prenatal yoga classes to anyone and everyone. I had never done yoga before so I was nervous going in but Jenny made me feel relaxed and welcomed. She is an amazing instructor and I taught me many things I ended up utilizing during my labor.

Coming to Full Circle Yoga has been one of the most positive aspects of my pregnancy journey. The instructors do an amazing job listening to what participants are going through so that each class can be an opportunity to prepare for childbirth and to address particular needs or discomforts. What I love most, though, is the community building. The instructors create an open and welcoming environment that encourages participants to get to know one another from week to week and to reflect on various aspects of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.

I have been going to Full Circle Yoga for their Prenatal yoga class since I was about 10 weeks with my first pregnancy (I’m now 22 weeks), and I absolutely LOVE IT. Jenny is such an amazing instructor, teacher, inspiration, guide, resource, etc. The camaraderie in the group with the other mamas is so awesome. I learn something new every time I go. I was so overwhelmed when I first started going, but It’s so cool to see mamas in different stages of the journey and to learn from them and their experiences. It makes me feel comforted in my own journey. I highly recommend the prenatal yoga at Full Circle Yoga. I can’t say enough good things about it.

I love Full Circle Yoga so much! Jenny and Deana are both great instructors with slightly different styles so try then both out and see what is your vibe. It’s such a calming, relaxing and supportive environment. Also super COVID cautious and virtual class is always an option. It has been such a great place for me throughout my pregnancy!

I enjoy this class and how it's both mindfulness and yoga working together. We share stories with each other and build connections, and I also really enjoy the yoga outside. Jenny (the instructor) is very good about asking if there are any problem areas and giving advice on modifications as well.

Prenatal yoga is incredible, especially being able to do it virtually. Jenny is absolutely amazing. She's created a community for moms to come together and support one another, especially during this pandemic. I wish I had started earlier in my pregnancy. My classes are the highlight of my week and leave me feeling at peace and my body ready to handle this pregnancy!

Love this studio and the classes offered. Jenny does a great job instructing both prenatal and the BYOBaby sessions. Other prenatal yoga sessions I went to were too slow, hers are challenging (still beginner friendly) without being too difficult.

This studio has been truly life changing! I paid for a 5 class pass with my first pregnant, then a few weeks later lost the baby. I contacted Jenny to ask to hold onto my pass until we became pregnant again and she was so incredible and understanding!
I was a little hesitant to enjoy my pregnancy this time around for fear of losing it again; but with the help of Jenny and the other moms at Full Circle I was able to bond and celebrate my body and my child during my entire first trimester! It was at her studio that I truly connected to my baby!
I started attending classes at 4 weeks and am currently 12 weeks along. This studio is phenomenal!!!! Jenny is wonderful at modifying for all body types, activity levels, and pregnancy recommendations! I am so excited to continue this new journey into motherhood with Jenny through her prenatal and BYOB (bring your own baby) classes.

Full Circle yoga is everything I was looking for in a (pre/ post- natal) yoga studio!
The prenatal class had a great flow that mixed supportive, restorative poses with challenging ones to prepare for birth (physically and mentally).
The prenatal partner yoga and massage workshop was a fun way to share my practice with my husband and learn some great tools for us to use during labor.
And the BYOBaby class is a great way to get back to the mat while playing with my little one.
Thank you Jenny for creating a nurturing and patient space to connect with our bodies, our babies, and each other! I love the Full Circle community!

I started taking Jenny’s prenatal yoga class when I was 12 weeks pregnant, and I continued going until the day before I went into labor. She creates an open and supportive environment for all moms, provides helpful information, and encourages connection in the way she sets up the class. You can tell that she genuinely cares and puts a lot of thought and love into the studio. The pace of the class was also a happy medium where I could challenge myself but also relax and feel restored, modifying it to whatever I needed that day. Jenny is amazing and I highly recommend her prenatal classes - I’m excited to go back for mom baby classes!

Full Circle Yoga KC really help me during my pregnancy. I started going when I was 17wks, and continue going till I deliver. Full Circle helped me physically and mentally. When I was feeling uncomfortable in my body as it grew, yoga would help me stretch it out and reconnect with it. I meet many great mamas there, which provide a warm and understanding community. I would highly recommend this studio to any women embarking on this adventure. I personally am looking forward now to the BYOB classes with my little girl. Thank you Full Circle.

I started taking prenatal yoga classes with Jenny at Full Circle Yoga when I was 17 weeks pregnant. I have done yoga before but this is my first baby and I wanted to make sure I was practicing yoga poses safely. Jenny is amazing, she tailors each class to what the expectant moms need. She always asks if there are certain areas of pain or discomfort before each class and provides alternative poses when needed. I am 28 weeks now and truly believe that my first two trimesters have gone so smoothly because I have stayed active and practiced yoga. When I had hip pain or discomfort in the past I practiced the stretches and poses Jenny teaches in class and found I felt much better. Jenny has made my first pregnancy a great experience as she is a teacher of the mind, body, and soul. The connections I have made with the other expectant mothers are a blessing and as I continue my pregnancy journey I feel supported by this strong group of women. I am confident that the mental and physical techniques I have learned in yoga will help me in my birthing experience.

Jenny has been a wonderful prenatal yoga instructor and support system throughout this pregnancy. She genuinely cares about her mamas, and shares her own experiences to encourage us all along. She really has helped develop a sense of community among the prenatal mamas, and I can't imagine having the peace and calm I've had throughout this pregnancy without her! I highly recommend both studios and any classes with Jenny!!

I’ve been attending prenatal yoga for about a month. It’s been a great way to keep exercising in a way that accounts for my growing belly and special pregnancy needs. This is my first pregnancy so it’s been great to learn from others on preparing for labor. The instructors do a great job making it feel like a community and I enjoy being around other soon to be moms and hear about their experiences.

Great practice for leading up to your birth, no matter what type of birth you plan to have! Jenny’s yoga helped my hip pain more than physical therapy could and the breathing techniques helped keep me calm during my c-section. I recommend this class to anyone expecting a baby.

For me, Full Circle is about so much more than just yoga. I finally became pregnant after a long journey with IVF. The beginning of my pregnancy was filled with complications, so by the time I discovered Full Circle Yoga my anxiety and stress was at an all-time high. Jenny's classes helped me manage the anxiety, find a sense of community, and finally be able to enjoy the last few months of my pregnancy. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. It was truly the best thing I ever did for myself. Now I have a beautiful, healthy, baby boy and I strongly believe that Jenny's classes helped change the course of my pregnancy. I can't thank her enough.

Jenny is an amazing instructor. She teaches a group of long term care residents for me and adapts to their skill levels, and we have seen real progress in their yoga abilities each time she comes in. My patients look forward to her sessions and the class size grows each time. She is thoughtful and compassionate and takes the time to work with everyone's individual abilities. I highly recommend Jenny for chair yoga sessions.

I loved prenatal yoga with Jenny last fall when I was pregnant with my third baby, and I was so excited to see that she was offering postpartum/Bring Your Own Baby class this spring. In addition to just being a warm and fun person, Jenny is always so thoughtful and organized in her approach to her classes. The pace and degree of difficulty of the classes have been spot on for me in both phases (pre- and post-natal), and I feel like they have helped me maintain/re-gain basic strength, balance, and flexibility in the midst of all of the pregnancy-related physical changes. Jenny is also mindful of offering more- and less-demanding options for poses depending on how someone is feeling during a given week. I cannot say enough good things about these classes.

Love my classes with Jenny. I took prenatal yoga with her and contribute my easy and fast labor to those weekly classes. Now I bring my baby to the BYOB classes and we both love them. Versus other baby yoga classes, this one I feel gives me a true practice. I like the smaller class size and it's fun to continue to practice with the ladies I was with at prenatal yoga.

Jenny led my husband and I in prenatal yoga practice with my third pregnancy and it was life changing! The aches and pains were minimal during my pregnancy. My mind was grounded. My husband also enjoyed the practice and was a great bonding activity for my husband, baby, and I. She came to my home and if my other 2 children were running around then she would include them as well and it was wonderful! Jenny has a real gift and talent with yoga and she makes me want to have another baby so we could do prenatal yoga together again!

Amazing Studio! Would highly recommend. My wife and I used Jenny during our last pregnancy. She did yoga for us once a week and it was wonderful. She even did some more difficult modified things for me since I was doing it with my wife. I can say it was a great workout for both of us and a wonderful experience. Would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks Jenny!
