I started here with Brenna about a month ago. She is such a fantastic trainer, she cares about you, so much that she prioritizes safety, and growth over perfection, and exertion. She creates an environment where you can feel confident as you learn an grow. The gym space is perfect for a non-gym intimidation experience. Everyone here I've meet has been so friendly. Over the years, I’ve joined numerous exercise classes and have trained with many personal trainers. But, I didn’t get the results that I’m getting while training with Brenna. Since training with Brenna, I’ve noticed improvements in my upper and lower body strength, flexibility, muscle toning and weight loss. Brenna is very patient and positive. I have been very impressed by her adaptability and knowledgeability. My trainer is awesome and I highly recommend her!

I am back here after Covid because I need to get stronger, feel good about my body and loose weight. The workout is challenging, but Tyler is on every step of the way to teach me the right way to do everything. He is always motivating me to do 1 more rep, go up a little bit, try to push one more time. A really good place to feel comfortable working out without judgement, but a positive attitude and very welcoming!

I was in Wichita for work all last week and needed an exercise home away from home so I gave it a shot and was not disappointed!
Upon walking in you're not overwhelmed by equipment, though there's ample space for body work. I was impressed by the simplistic approach and friendly supportive staff, and I definitely got a fully workout each morning!
The owner Renaire, (who I'll just call Wichita Pharrell since I'm certain he's older than he looks) with all his young athletes gathered around him like the turtles with master Splinter, added to the family vibes. I could tell in the short time I was there that guidance and support are key at FunFit. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality training in the Wichita area check them out!

Love the place. I just walked in one day trying to figure out if it would work for me and it totally did. This place has great staff, quality and well-maintained equipment, and a nice private feel. They don’t have every piece of equipment that a typical commercial gym might, but there’s more than enough to plan all your workouts around.
Best part is the staff, they’re all awesome. They’re friendly, supportive, and good communicators. Tyler is my trainer and he’s awesome 😎

I frequent the Y, but was seeking something that provided a little more intensity and variety than my solo workouts gave. Considered CrossFit, but after reading up on the injury-rate, decided to seek something else. I tried Fundamental Fitness today and was thoroughly impressed. It was a great workout, lots of variety, and as high intensity as you choose to make it. Renaire was a great instructor--perfect blend of guidance and encouragement. If you are new to working-out, or just need a jolt to your regular routine, this is the place for you.

I have been training with Brenna for about 5 months now and would highly recommended her! She has a calming, encouraging, and personable demeanor to her, which I love when it comes to training. This is a great gym that meets you where you're at in your fitness journey. I take part in the adult group training classes and there are plenty of class times to accommodate any schedule. The trainers and other members are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. The downtown location is perfect for me.

I have trained with Tyler at Fundamental Fitness and he was great. Very knowledgeable and makes sure you are training correctly. I was riding my bike for the openstreets ICT and they had a tent outside their business. I biked past, then I turned around to stop by. Tyler and Nate recognized the show of my shirt and my comfort level went through the roof. Gyms make me very umcomfortable.
I signed up for a introduction session with Tyler to learn more about the business.
I signed up for twice a week sessions with Tyler.
I never felt so welcomed and comfortable. Even understanding of my personal struggles.
I do 30 minutes sessions and each session has been amazing for me.
My weight is up to a healthier level too.
I recommend this place for everyone, but I want to reach out to anyone that has a hard time with gyms (you know what I mean) to give this place a chance.
I ten billion percent recommend this place!

I worked out with Tyler Roberts for around a year. I have not felt better than when I worked out with him. Tyler is one of the best hype men, will tailor each and every work out to what works for you (to the point where he will cut things out if you complain just hard enough) and will eventually force himself to be your friend. If you are interested in personal training, a small therapy session, and some bad puns then Tyler is your guy. He will help you reach your goals both in and out of the gym.

I Started working out at fundamental fitness a couple months ago, it took me awhile to find a gym that really took into consideration my goals and held me accountable. I had gone to a couple gyms before and had trainers that were great but didn’t focus on my form so it was hard to see continuous growth but while working out with renaire I’ve been able to see improvement in my stability, strength, and form. They set you up to have a great foundation to begin with. all the trainers are great and have been very accommodating to my schedule or any last minute changes. Highly recommend, very nice community of people as well!!!

I love it here! Everyone is so friendly when I come in even if they aren’t my trainer or workout partner! Tony is my trainer, and he really listen to my goals, injuries, and time restraints to come up with the perfect workouts for us to do! I used to have horrible nerve pain down my right leg and I haven’t had a flareup since I started working out with Tony!
