Hesitant to share my secret place. I’ve been to so many gyms trying to find that right atmosphere of family, motivation, and results. Sydney and Theo are incredible. Regardless of wether you are a seasoned athlete, or just looking to start, or have injuries that need protection, this is hands down the best place in south Overland Park.

My daughter and I have been going to Goat House for 7 years. Over that time Sydney has taught us how to lift hard and work hard. They take time to make sure you are using proper form and there's always a way to scale up and down depending on your skill level. My daughter has found a way to grow her confidence and physical strength in a way I don't think she could have at another gym. The support and encouragement is second to none.

Just started going to Goat House recently. My teenage daughter is also going to classes and enjoying the challenge. Great place for beginners and veterans. Sydney is great with instructions on scaling and techniques. If you are a beginner or have never done it, don't let CrossFit be intimidating, just try it out!

I've been going to Goathouse for four years, and I can confidently say it has been life-changing. I found a gym that truly caters to everyone—whether you’re an elite athlete or someone just getting started on your fitness journey. The workouts are scalable, which means they meet you exactly where you are.
The coaches take the time to make sure everyone is improving at their own pace. I’ve never felt out of place, or awkward, even when training alongside some amazing athletes. That’s the beauty of CrossFit—everyone can push their limits, but the journey is personal.
Goathouse is a space where anyone can improve, connect, and work toward becoming a better version of themselves. I love it!

I have been a member since November 2019 and I really enjoy the atmosphere at Goat House CrossFit. The coaches will work with you regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. The workouts can be scaled so that you can finish the work safely improving your skill and stamina. I really enjoy seeing the progression of new members.

I’d heard rumors about CrossFit injuries, but now, years later, I’m 48 years old, stronger, with more energy than I ever imagined, and in the best shape of my life. The programming has been a game changer for me—I get the guidance I need, a clear plan to follow, and the motivation to push myself.
The gym has a welcoming, boutique atmosphere with members of all ages and skill levels. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking to build strength, boost energy, and improve their overall health in a supportive community. Goat House CrossFit has been a key part of my fitness journey, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Great gym, I have not ever experienced such a welcoming group for a drop in! All the coaches introduced themselves to be individually and every class I went to each member also welcomed me.
Classes were challenging, scaling options were appropriate, and the warm up + programming was logical.
This gym clearly has something special going on, I will be going back here anytime I visit.

Goat House Crossfit is an awesome place for beginners and veterans. I have only done a handful of crossfit classes and still don't really know the basics. Sydney took the time to teach me proper form as well as scaled options to make sure I wouldn't injure myself but still get the most out of the workout. Awesome camaraderie and environment!! I had a blast and cannot wait to go back for another session!
