When I started going to Alex I had some pretty specific goals in mind. Going to the gym was already a passion of mine, but I needed help with nutrition and macros. Alex designed a plan specific to ME and it’s been great! Additionally, I still get to work with him 1 day a week in the gym and I’ve learned SO MUCH!! He is 100% focused on you and your body movements during your session. He listens! And he has pushed me to a “failure” that I didn’t know I had in me, which has been awesome! I would recommend Alex and the GoodMuscle Team to anyone looking to crush some personal goals!

To say I’m a fan is an understatement. I’ve never been a gym rat, always felt uncomfortable and never really felt welcomed when I’ve tried. Not knowing how to use equipment or failing to see results was defeating. I’ve gained confidence, comfort and knowledge from the GoodMuscle crew. TOP TIER!! I have trained with Alex for two years. I started with very little knowledge about lifting and just wanted to get stronger. Alex is extremely knowledgeable about how to lift with proper form and what will work best for you and your goals. He answers any questions you have about nutrition and workouts and will take the time to look into your questions on the rare occasion he doesn’t know. He is extremely professional and personal to talk and train with. Since starting a lifting program with Alex, I have improved my strength, feel healthier, have more confidence, and better understand how to structure a workout. I remember struggling to bench 25lb dumbbells and have worked up to 70lb with his help. He has created an amazing space at GoodMuscle HQ for any skill level, and the other trainers and members are very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Alex and a GoodMuscle membership to anyone looking to build a healthier version of themselves!
