I have been going to Grace Fitness for 4 years now. The best decision I ever made. Grace is great, she cares and is always there to coach you through your fitness goals. The classes are pretty much personal training since the classes are small, with no more than 12 members at a time, she's walking around helping with everyone form or answering any questions you might have. As Grace would say “you don't have to workout, you get to!!”

Grace is amazing! The group fitness classes are perfect for me. The focus she is able to give the members is 1-on-1 while in class, and all exercises are adaptable to fit your personal needs. I love the focus on lifting weights. Grace's countenance is a shining light in this world! Every word uplifts you and is intentional on keeping you in line with your goals. Update! At our house, fitness is a family event! My college-age son and my high school daughter now also attend Grace Fitness. Truly, there is something for everyone, no matter where you are in your life and fitness journey. Thank you to all the staff and gym-goers at Grace Fitness for cheering on these two young adults, encouraging them to grow, and being other trusted adults in their lives.

I switched to Grace in June. This is exactly what I needed. My goal is to become stronger and that is exactly what the group classes have helped me do. Grace gives me appropriate moves to substitute in that have made a huge difference. Grace is a positive force and really cares about all who enter her studio. I am strong and can’t wait to continue my health/fitness journey in this positive community.

Grace is truly amazing! She challenges us in every workout, and she bring some much positive energy. Are the workouts hard? Yes, but do you feel incredible afterwards? Definitely YES!
I wrote the above review in 2023, and I can honestly say a year later that Grace continues to make workout challenging but fun. Even as her business grows, she gets to know all her clients and is still such a positive force in my life. I just finished my second year working out with Grace and she is amazing. I've been very happy with her workouts and her ability to motivate me to continue to get stronger.
I just finished my third year working out with Grace and she continues to do a fantastic job mixing up the workouts and helping me get stronger. She is very motivating as well as vigilant about providing alternate exercises if I'm having any aches or pains during my workout.

Absolutely love this gym! The trainers are encouraging, the environment is clean and motivating, and the workouts are always challenging in the best ways. I have only been going to Grace Fitness for a few months but this is what I have been searching for. The group training classes are never boring and I find myself looking forward to my workout! Grace is the perfect combination of holding you accountable while lifting you up. I was nervous going to a gym because I didn't know what I was doing but Grace makes sure to check in on you multiple times during class and is always ready with a modification if you need one. She's also always ready to encourage heavier weights if you're feeling a little timid. All of the people there are so encouraging and helpful. I am so glad I found Grace and Grace Fitness!

Maximum 5 STAR Google Review for Grace Fitness and 10++ STARS for Grace! I have always been intimidated by the "gym scene" and felt out of place - particularly around any free weights. But when I hit my 60th birthday, I wanted to get serious about living my future decades to the fullest and that meant building strength and endurance! My dear friend and Registered Dietician recommended I try Grace Fitness. I started with one-on-one training sessions to try and get comfortable without an audience. I was so nervous, but Grace made it FUN! The small studio setting put me at ease and eliminated "gym intimidation" that had always kept me away. She locked in on my social personality and encouraged me to try group sessions which made it more economical with shared cost! I tried one and was hooked! I've made wonderful friends and have built a support system that also helps me with accountability. Grace provides amazing motivation, education, and inspiration to help me set and achieve goals. She encourages all of us to not only focus on strength and endurance, but also spiritual and mental health and well-being! She truly cares about every client and is purposeful in getting to know each of us, not just as a coach, but also as an encourager and friend! I've been going to Grace Fitness off and on since I had my second child in 2021; I've recently been joining classes consistently since May. I honestly look forward these workouts! Grace understands that everyone is at different levels and that not everyone has the same goals - it's not a once size fits all mindset but she does encourage you to challenge yourself. It's you vs you! I appreciate the community, challenge, encouragement and, of course, the results!!

Started going here in July of this year and best decision ever. I have loss 25 pounds and plus inches. Grace is awesome and will help you reach your goal. I never know what I’m going do until I get there and I love that. Personal discipline is important and learning to challenge yourself.

Grace fitness has changed the way I approach fitness and I can't recommend enough! it's a place where you’re seen, heard, and truly supported, no matter your age or fitness level.
Coach Grace is an amazing trainer. She takes the time to understand your goals, your challenges, and your body’s needs. Whether I’m working one-on-one with her or in a small group class, I always feel like I’m getting the attention I need. It’s clear that Coach Grace cares about each person she trains—not just about getting you through a workout, but about helping you make lasting, positive changes in your life.
The group classes are more motivating and and there is a sense of community. There is no pressure or judgement here. Just a group of people encouraging each other and celebrating each other's progress. I feel comfortable working with others in the class. Each person go with their own pace and Coach grace pays attention to each one of the members. I have not only grown stronger physically, but gained more confidence and motivation. She is my trainer, my friend and a great motivator.

Grace saved me 3 years ago! I was in a bad place when I started sessions with her. I needed a change and I knew working out was something I needed mentally. I knew it would be a challenge because I have a bad back and bad knees from being an athlete all my life. Grace fought through these ailments WITH me and reminded me how much my body has given me. She did not allow me to quit! She modified things for me and continues to do so until this day! Grace knows what I need to hear just by looking at me! “Don’t be mad at her today” or “Is your back barking at you today?” She truly cares about her people and I can’t thank her enough for all she has done! I have a debilitating auto immune condition that Grace has to sometimes adapt around. Very grateful that she isn't a 'one-workout fits all' shop. Grace is an extraordinary trainer. I am so thankful I found her. I hated working out. I did it because I knew it was a necessity. Because of Grace I now love working out! I look forward to training. Excited about what we will do. The changes I have seen in my body is on a level I have never seen before. I feel strong or as Grace would say, you ARE strong. Not only is she an amazing trainer, she is an amazing human being. Started going to Grace Fitness about a year ago. I was very apprehensive about starting at a new gym. Coming from little to no workout routine it was intimidating to begin lifting weights. Grace is an amazing trainer she takes time each session to show you each workout move and she's always ready to offer alternatives if you are at a

It is not an exaggeration to say that Grace Fitness has changed my life. At age 69, I am stronger and healthier than I have ever been in my life. My weight, heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, blood lipids, and blood glucose have all moved into a healthy range, and my previously diagnosed osteoporosis has been reversed, all since working with Grace, who is consistently patient, kind, and supportive. I am doing things with ease now that I have not done for years, including water skiing! Our bodies can and will respond to a healthy fitness routine at any age, if we give it a chance.
