I truly cannot say enough about my experience with Home Holistics. From the very beginning of my pregnancy to the beautiful moment of my baby's birth, this studio and its team provided the support, guidance, and empowerment I wanted and needed!
I chose a yoga and doula package, and it was the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. The package included regular yoga classes that helped me stay grounded, strong, and connected to my body, has well as many opportunities to meet and build relationships with all of the doulas on the team. This meant I had 24/7 support for my questions, concerns, and needs, and I felt totally prepared—physically, mentally, and emotionally—for birth.
The yoga classes were more than just movement—they were a space to find calm, strength, and community. And when it came time for labor, I felt fully supported, informed, and well prepare by a doula team I already knew and trusted.
With their compassionate and knowledgeable care, I was able to have the pregnancy and birth experience I had always dreamed of—an experience every woman deserves to have.
Even after birth, the support hasn’t ended. The doulas are still there for me. I’ve also stayed in touch with the amazing community of moms I met through Home Holistics, and that continued connection has made such a difference in my postpartum journey.
I am deeply grateful to the entire Home Holistics team for walking this journey with me. Their holistic, heart-centered approach truly honors the power of birth and the wisdom of the body. I wholeheartedly recommend all of the services they offer to any expecting parent. It was truly life-changing.

Home Holistic is the best! I was referred to them by the midwives at KU for doula services and have gotten so much more than just doula services out of it - childbirth education, prenatal massage, pelvic floor PT, prenatal yoga, lactation consulting, and of course the birth doula services. Everyone at Home Holistic is so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel empowered and supported going into my first birth! Highly recommend all services offered through Home Holistic :)

hOMe holistic truly feels like home to me. Throughout my entire pregnancy (started coming at 16 weeks) they have supported me and countless other women prepare mentally and physically for labor and motherhood. Prenatal yoga is a sacred space where women can come talk about their symptoms and struggles while building a supportive community with other pregnant people. Yoga alone has tremendously helped prepare my body for my upcoming labor and relieved so many aches and pains of pregnancy. Ashley, the doulas, and all the yoga instructors have shared their experiences and knowledge to help me find holistic solutions to all my uncomfortable symptoms. Taylor Thompson, the pelvic floor therapist here, has helped relieve so much pubic and back pain. hOMe holistic is literally a one stop shop for pregnant people to come build community and overall feel better. I’m honestly so excited to have my baby girl in the next few weeks and I truly believe I would be so nervous and physically uncomfortable if I wasn’t supported by this incredible group of women.

hOMe holistic is a fantastic community for new moms- I've met the most amazing people there. Ashley Walburn, Erin Boje, and Leah McFarland are a few of the women who make this oasis feel so welcoming and empowering. Every time I'm at hOMe holistic I feel like I am in the right place at the right time- exactly what I need as a mom of 2 with another on the way.

hOMe Holistic has been just that, home, during my first pregnancy! I knew I wanted to have the support of the doulas during labor and take the prenatal classes but what I got was so much more than I could have dreamt. The community is truly outstanding! I have made countless friends with other first time and second time moms that are in the same place as I am in life. The support has been unmatched and I truly can’t say enough good about this community. I recommend hOMe Holistic to everyone entering this phase of life!
5 stars doesn’t feel like enough!

I refer to home holistic as a mecca for pregnant and post partum women. I wasn’t initially convinced I wanted to invest in their services, but I now that I have I wouldn’t want it any other way. The pre-natal yoga sessions are fantastic and such a safe space for any mother to be, filled with tips and reassurance from other women attending the class, as well as the yoga teachers.
And then the doula services. Wow. The group is there from the moment you decide to use them, and as soon as labor starts they are there to cheer you on! Kelsey ended up being my doula and she was incredible through my entire labor, I can’t thank her enough for guiding me through the natural birth of my son.
I have loved every interaction with everyone at home holistic and have been preaching to everyone who wants to listen about how wonderful of a place filled with the most incredible women this is.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I gained so much knowledge and support throughout my three pregnancies at Home Holistic. I even used a helpful tip I learned during yoga when I was in labor with my son and it completely changed the experience and helped me avoid additional interventions. I can't imagine going through my pregnancies without having Home Holistic as a resource!

I would highly recommend home holistic to every pregnant mama! Their services have helped me in so many ways along the pregnancy! I love their prenatal yoga, Ashley and Jessica are so knowledgeable and the support from other mamas there is also so nice to have along the way! I had Jessica as my doula for my labor and delivery and can honestly say that I would not have gotten my vbac without an epidural if it wasn’t for her! She was so supportive, stayed with me for hoursssss, giving me exactly the support and encouragement the entire time. I can’t express in words the gratitude I have for her. I had been a little on the fence on if I even “needed” a doula but decided to give it a try! Again, could not have done it without her. Worth every single penny and more! The women at home holistic make you feel like they are your family and care so much about you! I am so thankful for this place and these ladies will forever be part of my story!

If you're looking for a doula and/or pre natal yoga classes, this is the place. As an expectant mother, I'm blown away by the supportive community here. This has been such an oasis for me as a first time mama during a global pandemic. Can't recommend these women highly enough and their work highly enough.

HomeHolistic is truly a home away from home. The community there is amazing, and you can count on being greeted and treated like family every time you set foot in the building. I honestly am not sure how mamas get through pregnancy without a support like HomeHolistic. What a spectacular place to be encouraged and loved through such a beautiful, but often emotional time. Even being 11 months postpartum, I am still welcomed with open arms to take any class and continue growing in relationship with these lovely teachers and women of all ages and stages. Every woman deserves a place like HomeHolistic, but I really don’t think there is any other that would measure up. Love you Ashley, Tori, Jessica, Suzanne and all others that make this place the unique monument that it truly is.

Great company, but even better women! So thankful for all of them. Will be having them attend my birth in June as my Doula, and have been taking their yoga classes for the past couple months! I would recommend this to any soon to be, pregnant, and postpartum mamas!

I love Home Holistics! I have been with Ashley for prenatal yoga since before she started Home Holistics. I of course followed her to her new home and have enjoyed toddler yoga and Om Peace yoga for myself! She aligns herself with amazing people for accupunture, chiropractic, massage and more! In addition to all the great benefits and services her studio offers, she also runs a Facebook page called OMamas it is a fantastic resource for local mom's to find answers from each other, know what events are going on around town and to make new friendships. Ashley offers a great sanctuary online and off for all Kansas City mamas and I am so glad I found her! :)
