Recently finished my first 90 days and it has been such a great experience at HotWorx at CityPlace!! The atmosphere is great, the gym is very clean, the community of fellow gym goers and employees is incredibly friendly, and most importantly, the workouts are great and effective! I highly recommend to anyone that is tired of working out at a conventional gym - HotWorx is amazing!

Absolutely do NOT recommend. I was a member since October 2024. I called and spoke with the manager last month (March) about canceling my membership as I just do not go. I specifically asked about cancellation options, 60 day notice or $100 fee for immediate cancelation. She told me that once I am a member for 6 full months (this would be April since I joined mid to end of Oct) that Hotworx no longer requires any notice or cancelation fee, they just want that 6 month commitment. She said it would be cheaper for me to pay April ($65) than to pay the $100 cancelation fee and then when I cancel for May it will have been the 6 months so I would not owe any fee or any notice. I agreed that made sense. I have not used the facilities since January. I went in today to cancel and was told I have the 60 day notice or fee to immediate cancel options. I advised that, no, I called and spoke last month to the manager and explained the above. I was told something about since I had been a previous member that I do have to pay or give the notice. I explained that's not what I was told and the previous manager looked up my specific account when she advised me of the 6 month thing. So I asked to speak to her. I was told she is no longer there and that was due to her providing false information to people. Okay SERIOUSLY???? So now it's my fault she did this? Now I have to pay this fee? Ridiculous. They made no attempt to make it right, not even split the ridiculous fee. I hope the OWNERS see this review and contact me. Last name is Coleman now to pull up my record.

I am loving my experience at Hotworx! The workouts are challenging but I find myself wanting to come back everyday and being excited to workout. This studio is always extremely clean and smells SO good, it feels like a spa to me. Love the staff as well - Kristina has been so nice and welcoming and made me feel comfortable being new to the studio. Highly recommend

Hotworx is great! Everything seems super clean, I have literally never seen a person leave an area without first wiping everything down with the provided sanitizing wipes. The workouts are super easy to book in the app and are always available, I have never had trouble getting a time or workout I wanted. I go in the mornings and everyone is courteous and friendly, minds their own business and no skeezy-ness. 🤗 Lastly, all the staff is super friendly and helpful and just nice. I hope nothing changes because this place is great as is!

I love this studio! It's always clean, smells amazing, and everyone is so friendly! 💯 The infrared workouts have me in the best shape of my life, and the more I do, the more I WANT to do! 💪✨ The health benefits of infrared alone are worth the membership, and the workouts are just the icing on the cake. 🎂🔥 Highly recommend, tell Damon, Victoria sent you! 🤩

My husband asked me if I would just try working out at HOTWORX with him. (I don’t workout due to HATING it plus injuries & limitations I have from a stroke a few years back.) I reluctantly said yes knowing full well I would quit after a few sessions but figured why not. Fast forward 6 weeks & I’ve already burned over 28,000 calories! I won’t lie, these workouts are a challenge! I modify though & do the best I can. I feel like I’m getting stronger every day. I’m motivated now to just keep going. Believe me, I’m shocked! And I can’t tell you enough how wonderful everyone is that works there! Always a smile & will go out of their way to help you with whatever you need! Go give them a try!!! I’m convinced you won’t regret it.

I love my new gym! Workouts are quick, hard, hot, and I get a great sweat. I can always find a class to get into and there is plenty of variation. I can take a different class every day of the week. It’s kept me motivated to workout everyday. That is something no gym has done in the past.

Stephanie DuPont has been superb since I first signed up to join HOTWORX at City Place. I haven't made a complete transformation into the fitness lifestyle, but she convinces me to come back every week! My friend, Sarah, and I both joined because of Stephanie and her dedication to health, routine exercise, and pushing yourself to new limits. I have been to many fitness studios, but HOTWORX goes above and beyond. The staff members truly care about you and are always helpful. Thank you Stephanie and HOTWORX!
