HOTWORX is what I’ve been waiting for! I’ve never been very flexible and always thought that if I could work out and stretch in a heated environment I’d get better. Well it’s been a slow process, but I have improved my flexibility with consistent workouts for over a year. The biggest improvement I’ve noticed is strength. Again, it’s a slow, steady process but I’m able to hold poses like planks, V ups etc, longer and with more control. I’m also able to withstand higher temps for the duration of my workouts. Another positive for me is the ability to schedule my workout in the app. This has been huge for me because I’m making an appointment and then get to check it off my list when completed 😉 Keeps me accountable! I still have a long way to go, but I love the variety of workouts, the heat and the slow, steady improvements and gains I’ve made. Thank you for bringing HOTWORX to Hays ‘Merica ❤️

Hotworx in Hays is an amazing place to workout. The sauna heat just pushes you to the next level with the videos in each sauna. Never again will I have to wait for someone to finish on a machine at HOTWORX you schedule the class you want to do. I love variety of workouts they offer. With my degenerative disk disease in my back the heat and stretching has really help limit the amount of pain I have along with dropping 70 pounds and 15 inches off of my waist. I have met amazing people there at HOTWORX and I encourage anyone looking for something new to motivate and push them to succeed in their fitness journey to try HOTWORX. You will be surprised on how much you love it.
