I saw a Facebook ad for HOTWORX and decided to give it a try…. A very sweet woman (Roanne) called me to schedule a free session and I gladly accepted. I swear, meeting Roanne is just like meeting a new friend! After my first session of Hot Yoga, I was in love with Infrared! It felt almost therapeutic! I love to do a 15 minute cycle session and 2 minutes in, the sweat is pouring off me!!! I signed up! I go 4 days a week and absolutely love it! The staff are just fantastic! Grant is the manager and he is so helpful! When I changed to an iPhone and couldn’t figure out how to get to my HOTWORX app, he showed me and made it super easy to access it! Thank you Grant and Roanne!!! You guys are awesome!!!

Sustained a severe injury in a car accident and was unable to workout. It took multiple phone calls, 2 emails and going in person and being billed multiple months before my membership was frozen General manager could not handle and kept referring me to owner, , who never contacted me. She also owns Shawnee Mission Hotworx .
