I was in the area for a few days to see family and needed a spot to work out. What a great place! Friendly staff, not busy, small but everything you need to get a good workout in. Highly recommend!

Horrible service!! The woman at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude. Hours fluctuate oddly. Military is treated like they are an inconvenience. I get that this is a small town but the treatment to new people is stunning. We came in at 11 when they close at 12 and we were told we probably shouldn't come in because they close soon. Seriously!?!?

Fabulous fitness center. Good equipment and lots of it. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms, free lockers, good showers, hot tub. Monthly rates for my wife and me are very reasonable. We don't live in town, but are from Washington state and spend 3-4 weeks in Abilene every summer with my wife's parents. Just across from the public library, so after a good work out and shower, the library is right there.
