My teen kids and I were visiting family in Ottawa and we wanted to take a yoga class. We loved the experience! The studio was welcoming and relaxing with low lights. Kendra was a great instructor who suggested modifications and kept us moving through a good stretch practice with some strength training. We'll be back next time we're in town!

As my first time doing a yoga class, I felt very comfortable with everyone in the group and Kendra was an excellent instructor. The whole experience was phenomenal. I will be going back this week.

I love doing yoga here. Kendra is so welcoming and does an amazing job walking everyone through the class and poses. Taking her classes is the only yoga experience I have ever had and I absolutely love it. The atmosphere is outstanding and the other people in class will lend a helping hand if you need it. I highly recommend coming here!

Indigo Crow Yoga is outstanding. Kendra is attentive to each student in her class. She meets the students where there’re at. The classes are composed of all genders, ages and sizes. Personally as an old man with a progressive neurological disease Indigo Crow Yoga keeps me flexible and out of physical therapy. Indigo Crow Yoga also helps me with breathing, digestion and sleep. We are blessed to have Kendra and Indigo Crow Yoga in our community.

Indigo Crow Yoga has been a life changer for me! I’ve been a regular for several years now and I don’t know what I would do without Kendra and her classes. Kendra makes it fun and creates such a welcome atmosphere for everyone. Her classes are relaxing while also strength building, mentally and physically. Highly recommend!!

I've been taking Kendra's classes for a couple of years now, and she's a great teacher! She always offers instructions on how to make each pose either more challenging or modified to suit individual needs. She maintains a great balance between keeping the classes laid back and fun while also giving you room to make it as challenging as you want.

Took the Thursday night class tonight and loved it. As someone who has not done yoga in 12 years it was the perfect class. A little challenging at times but overall very doable.

Kendra is a most kind and supportive instructor, which is especially valued as a person new to yoga! Indigo Crow is a wonderful place to begin learning, and Kendra provides pose modifications to vary intensity and allow for the wide range of experience and physical abilities.
