It was an ok place and had an herbal life shake place in it, however if you are overweight and looking for a place to work out this is not it. Most of the machines won't fit you. Also had issues with payments, they didn't charge me for 3 months then charged me all 3 months at once and said the other months were declined even though I spoke with my bank and no charges for them had come through or been declined

Low stars is due to value. Very high priced for such a small gym. Bit the equipment is enough to do the job while I am in town here. This town needs an Anytime fitness or at least a Snap Fitness. City should build a rec center with a gym, not sure why they don't.

It is always clean and the people who work here are very nice. For a small town this gym has everything you need. Including a "juice bar" full of all types of protein shakes, tanning beds for those of you who like to tan and two workout rooms. A 24hr workout room in back for members and great priced.

This is a neat well organized place to work out, open 24 hrs. With membership. The shakes are a bit pricey but very good.

Nice tanning beds, but don't schedule an early morning appointment. They're supposed to open at 9am. The EARLIEST I've seen the lady that opens show up is five after. And you lose your tanning time if you're late. Um... I've been waiting fifteen minutes. I'm late because YOU weren't here to let me (and the four other people waiting) in!
