Jazzercise is the original dance party workout. Blending dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training, one 55-minute session can burn up to 800 calories. The results? Long, lean muscles and an undeniable mood boost. Routines are choreographed to hit songs that change up all year long.

Jazzercise is amazing. I have never stuck with a workout routine like this and I have been coming for almost 10 months now!! It is the best workout I've had and my favorite part is all I need to do is show up. Everything is planned for you and you just participate. The instructors are awesome and the environment is so positive. Highly recommend!!
