My husband and I used a groupon to try this place out. We really liked the workouts and felt like we would get a lot accomplished in the hour. They have many different times that accommodate busy schedules and they let you borrow a lot of the equipment for your workouts if you forgot to bring your supplies.
A couple things we did not care for: we would occasionally get a trainer that didn't seem very interested in us getting the most out of the workout and there were many times when other trainers would sit in on the workout and they would just goof around. It made us not want to come back, because we wanted the most out of our workout and sometimes it seemed as if they could care less if our form was okay.
Another thing we weren't very happy about was the price. It was very expensive for the quality of service you received and if you choose to workout on Sunday, you have to pay to take the class even if you are a member.
We enjoyed these classes for the month hat we attended, just not enough to pay the high price!
