This is just the kind of gym I went to back in the day. Decent equipment, plenty of it, good array of choices for each type of workout, and no showy flash all over the place characterize this humble but excellent gym. It is a family-friendly place where you rarely see all of a person, shirts are required, and sweating is expected. Walking, riding, rowing, lifting, stair stepping, and even provisions for the kiddos and the dogs can be found here. This is all in addition to an extensive set of dumbbells and free weights. I am glad for the simplicity of its external appearance and the excellence with which they maintain the equipment. This is no city center pop culture gym, this is the real deal.

The equipment is OK. One or two need re-covered, but otherwise in good shape. My only complaint is it is always dirty. The floor needs swept BAD. You can smell the dogs people bring in, especially on damp days. There are days it smells like dog urine. If there was another gym with the same type of equipment I would go there.

Facilities are a B but management is a F. I have went to this gym for about 5/6 years and never had any issues until last month. My girlfriend and I had went to the gym at 6pm and I had forgotten my wallet and didn't have the $5 for the guest fee. I go to the gym in the mornings and thought I could pay it before work the next day. I tried to come in and pay the guest fee as my monthly fee for the next month the next morning at 5:30 A.M. and found out I was kicked out of the gym less then 12 hours after working out. I had messaged management and explained the situation and politely asked if there was a way for me to come in and pay the fee and straighten everything out. After almost 6 years of continued membership I have never once missed a guest fee and I was told told "we run our gym on an honesty policy and you are no longer welcome here." After almost 6 years of constant payments and always paying this $5 fee I would have maybe expected some understanding, we are all people and life happens sometimes, but that was not the case. Any contact I tried to initiate after their first response was never responded to and all calls were not answered. This is the type of customer service you can expect from Candi Lee at Legacy fitness.

Good atmosphere. Small building but clean. Limited weights. They have what you need to workout but if its busy there isn't enough to go around. Sign up process was easy and I like that they do month to month.

As a long member of this gym it is by far the best gym in Coffeyville. The gym has all kinds of various equipment that you can use. Candie the owner is awesome as well.
