I love Jazzercise and the Lenexa facility is my favorite! A fun, EFFICIENT dance based workout that also has plenty of weights incorporated for strength. Every section is carefully choreographed and taught to current fun music.
Lenexa is one of the bigger centers, clean and plenty of space and weights and mats.
This is the only exercise program I have no problem sticking with!

Jazzercise is an absolute BLAST -- the music is energizing and changes regularly. The instructors are encouraging and inspirational. The facility is welcoming and convenient. And there is a great sense of community. I HIGHLY recommend Jazzercise!
