I was on my way to Payless then I saw this place. Few days later I joined the club. Ken is my personal trainer. I came in as a kid. π I was green. I knew nothing. Nevertheless, Ken stayed strong π. He has helped me get motivated, achieve my body goals and taught me the proper way how to use the gym equipments for each body part π€ π I also love how clean and orderly there gym is.πIf your out there looking for a gym, look no further. Lifestyle Fitness feels like home and itβs the best place to have your fitness.

Ken is an awesome trainer!! He has exceeded my expectations! He pushes you past what you believe to be your limit! The facility has enough equipment to get in a full workout!! See Ken if you want something other than a standard workout AND you want results!

Amazing trainer who's focused on challenging but rewarding sessions. I trained with Ken for almost 3 months and while losing 10lbs right off the bat was great it was the overall confidence I felt that is my takeaway. Yes it's wonderful when you can buy a smaller size or wear a swimsuit but more importantly I felt I had built real strength. Today I am more fit and a healthier version of myself. Go to Lifestyle Fitness, it's a wonderful environment to push your limits and see what you're capable of:)

I've had Ken as a personal trainer on and off for a few years and he has always been dedicated to my success with my fitness goals. His studio is very clean, very well equipped and the class options keep your workouts from getting stale. Also, having a massage therapist in house is a brilliant idea for your rest days or any day, really!
