It’s a nice gym the girl in front was very nice she gave me tour and offered the free 7 day trial. Which I liked I didn’t feel pressured about joining prices are average no hidden fees.

I’ve been a member for many years and the club provides all my needs. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive. The monthly fee is reasonable for what’s offered. Also, their Juice Plus shakes are tasty.

Nasty little gym, can’t ever get to free weights because there’s always 2 or 3 sweaty dudes back there, nautilus machines didn’t work or did work but only had up to 20 pounds and then jumped to 70 pounds, how are you supposed to build up to higher weight when 50 pounds of weights are missing, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Went with a group and I had no idea what to do with what equipment or how to operate them so I just wasted my time in the sauna.

Would like to have had staff at least ask if anyone in the group wanted some guidance.

Very good range of machines, but very cramped as well. Machines are old but havnt ran into any issues with them. They offer massages, and tanning, and sauna. Honestly with this kind of range of services I was hoping for some kind of option for cryo treatment, but alas is lacking there. They also make smoothies, but are wayyy too overpriced for the amount of fruit you get, but they gotta turn a profit somehow in the town their in.

This is a clean and friendly home town gym. There are plenty of free weights, treadmills, and machines. Also has nice services to include a shake bar, massage, classes, and tanning.

Love this place! The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, the shakes are delicious, and the temperature is cool so you don't overheat. I love that they offer classes, tanning, sauna, and massages! Great place for an all-in-one self wellness.... only thing to make it better would be if they had a pool, or partnered with the City of Louisburg to offer discounted pool passes ;)

Nice gym with everything you need to able to get a good workout. Open 24 hours making it easy to find the right time for you. Security door with pass slide card to keep things safe. Showers and locker room if you need to clean up. Store with smoothies and vitamins and other stuff open during the day.
