I cannot say enough great things about Bryce. He is the most kind and encouraging person ever. His enthusiasm for training is contagious and his knowledge base is unmatched. His approach focuses on safety and technique first and he persistently and kindly ensures that my form is perfect so that I don’t get hurt. This is genuinely a program I look forward to every session and one that I am having fun with! I am seeing great results and I move so much better and feel stronger. I am doing things in the gym I never thought I could. I am so thankful that I met Bryce and I am looking forward to training with him for years to come. I truly cannot recommend him enough!

Kent has been an AMAZING trainer to work with. I have been working with him for the past 5 months and have quickly seen results both physically and mentally. I feel healthier and stronger than I ever have before and my overall stress levels have significantly improved. It's been really rewarding to see changes to my physical body in such a short amount of time. Kent has also taught me great breathing techniques that we integrate into each of my workouts that have made a big difference in my performance. I've also found those breathing techniques tremendously helpful applied to all other facets of my life. Kent has helped me tremendously! I am an older crossfitter; had a shoulder injury a couple of years ago…started working with Kent in March 2020 my shoulder and body has never felt better.
