This gym ranks in my top 5 in KC! The equipment is solid, especially now that they added the upstairs area. The owner Matt, the manager Cesar, and everyone at the gym are awesome. I love the community there. They do a lot of different events to bring the gym together. The gym has a great vibe. A mix of hardcore and modern. If you’re in KC, this is definitely a gym I’d recommend checking out!

This place is awesome. All of the staff are so kind and helpful. They have an in house chiro who does chiro, cupping, massage and more (you pay separate from membership). The other members are incredibly kind as well and SOOO helpful if youre new to machines. A young girl early 20s helped me with all the glute machines and leg day has never been the same!! Shortly after I joined in January 2025, I started training with Jeff Saunders. Jeff is super cool and knows his stuff well. He truly cares about his clients and wants the best for them. From January 2025 to April 2025, thanks to the workouts Jeff laid out for me, his diet recommendations and vitamin recommendations, I was able to lose 30lbs. This is a great budget gym. Location is safe, has lots of parking, and employees were always friendly to me. Lots of great machines. Unfortunately, I did find the amount of people who use the machines after work and at night to be wayyy too many. All the benches are taken, only 3 Squat racks which were always being used. And lots of big groups of teenagers, like 4-6 standing around one machine and using it for an hour plus. So as someone in my thirties who wants to work out in a timely manner, it was not a good fit. Also lots of people were always filming themselves with tripods…not my vibe. This could work for some people but it wasn’t a good fit for me.

I've been going here since January 2024 and I really enjoy the smaller feel of this gym. You get a mixture of gym-focused individuals or casual gym-goers, and people are overall respectful. It does get busy during traditional busy gym times (4-9) but overall the gym is kept clean, usually a good mix of music going, and a wide variety of equipment.

I am so glad I joined this gym best decision I could have made. The few weeks of going to the gym and changing my eating habits I've lost 6 lbs I'm more energetic I would be so tired and worn out after work not I go to the gym straight after work and it makes me feel so much better and with me dealing with a few health issues working out really helps my body a lot. The gym is nice there's lots of equipment to use plenty of space even if it's packed I was so surprised to see so many people working out. I also get a chance to spend time and work out with my daughter she's been trying for years. I’ve really enjoyed coming to this gym! I haven’t been to a gym in years, and I was afraid of going to a big chain, so I found this little gem just four minutes from my house. On the outside, it looks small, but inside, there are two floors that are fully equipped, clean, and everybody does their thing! You see ripped guys and girls, and people like me who are looking to start being active, and everybody just kind of blends in. I don’t feel intimidated.
