My daughter had a trial this evening. The instructors did not help her at all as she is new to their procedures. She was standing around wondering where, when and what to do with no direction most of the time.
There was a blonde white girl about 10 yrs in Sophie’s 7-8 Thursday class that was very rude to my daughter being outspokenly rude apparently. For these instructors to not step in or not be apparent of it is sad.
We relocated and looked for a new gymnastics. I can honestly say I have never seen so many sad faces on children then this location. Very unwelcoming and snotty.

Today my girls did a trial class at miss marias. To say they had fun would be such an understatement. They talked about how much fun they had all night and how they want to go see miss maria and the miss Kylie
every day! They took the time to make my girls feel so welcome and comfortable. Miss Kylie and miss Maria were so sweet and excited for all of the girls and their little achievements! We will definitely be back! Thank you guys for giving my girls the best first time experience with gymnastics!

Customer service/ staff are rude with little to no communication. Didn’t even inform us that her class ended. Showed up and asked a lady that was sitting on her computer. She didn’t even look up at me and just said “ last class was last week” I told her, it would have been nice to be informed of that information. Still no look up and didn’t say a word back to me. We will not be returning.

Absolutely no communication.. went for our trial on Monday and it was very obvious we are just a check number. They haven’t called or emailed to see how the class went..

Monday, I couldn’t find the class number so I asked the boutique worker and she was not friendly. She told me to check with the worker at the desk.
Went to ask the other worker and it was as if I was bothering her.
Class was great. Amelia is a wonderful instructor, we heard great things about her. But this is a poor establishment.

ADVOID AT ALL COST IF U CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDS HAPPINESS!! I had signed my daughter up for a class here only to be told hours later she can not join the class because they already ordered the outfits for the recital. Meanwhile it states u can sign up anytime! Not my problem that now the owner says she should have closed the class already. If i was allowed to pay the money and sign her up the owner should have dealt with her mistake and allowed my child to attend since it was her neglect that lead to this! The website Allowed me to sign her up in a OPEN CLASS! I paid my fees and told my daughter to see how excited she was only to have to turn around a few hours later just to tell her that she can't do it now! all because they post lies online about how u can join the classes anytime. The advice I was given was to wait until September to join. What little. Kid wants to wait from March all the way to September to join a class they have been talking about for awhile. Avoid the heartbreak in ur child's eyes and go elsewhere!

My daughter is in the 4 year old beginning tumbling class that is supposed to start at 4:30 & each week 6-8 minutes of a 30 minute class is spent moving equipment around that should be moved before class starts. I'm very frustrated by this!
