Absolutely love going here for my kids birthdays! They have so many activities for all ages and the price is amazing. It’s so affordable and well worth it. Your kids will love it! Staff is amazing with kids and very kind.

My experience comes from having been to a few other "gyms"/ninja courses/gymnastics... the cost for my gym is on par with other places but offers SO (like hundreds of dollars compared to the same things elsewhere) much more from additional classes to events. For anyone uncertain I can assure you this is a good deal as well as highly comparable in product/quality. Trial periods, satisfaction guarantee, and even letting us participate when we just wanted to stop by and check it out. Staff seem aware, friendly... when I find something better or have something negative to report I'll come back and change this review. 🧐

Showed up for the first time ever....us and one of our (SPED) boys....we walked in, wasn't given a hello or anything.....they were seemingly finishing up a class of some kind....

There were 4 employees....all 4 made eye contact, and said nothing....we just stood there....all 4 employees focused on the 2 little girls that wanted a stamp on their hand...as my special needs boy wanted to play (which there was no class, what would it have hurt, even to appeal to new customers (with no classes going) NOPE

It was a terrible experience! We were ignored by 4 employees for almost a full 5 minutes!!! Then very little care seemed to come across that we were interested.... Definitely lost business....if you can't give us attention to PURCHASE your product....how can I trust that you would pay actual attention to my kid?

When they had a "power change" it effected my kid and how smoothly things transitioned. Felt like they were not prepared or worried about little kids learning structure.

We had my son’s 4th birthday party at My Gym and we couldn’t have had a more wonderful experience! Booking was easy, the staff called to find out more about him prior to the party, and on the day of, we barely had to lift a finger - they did it all! Their staff was phenomenal, remembering every child’s name after only asking once, and they made my son feel extra special the whole time. I would highly recommend My Gym if you’re looking for a great birthday spot!
