Had some serious medical problems. Someone bought me a Yoga set with Suddha in February 2018 for once a week. I've lost twenty pounds, got off my three serious meds, AND no falling since. Bottom line, over many years I have had good teachers but, I esp appreciate Suddha's skill and ability to meet people where they are and gently/slowly bring them forward were one finds out they can do just a little more then they knew. In some ways she has saved my life. She is a real GEM! Thank you Suddha.

Sudha's easy going and welcoming nature immediately brings you to a place of comfort and peace at Om Wellness in Shawnee. She helped me modify poses to get the most out of my session after a year long hiatus from any real wellness routine. I immediately knew I wanted to invest in a package to help bring Yoga into my weekly workout regimen following my first class today. I can not wait to be back!
