Our office hosted our employee wellness day at Om Grown and we couldn't have asked for a better, more nourishing experience. The day began with fresh, cold pressed juices with nutrient dense snacks. We rotated around between soak/sauna/cold plunge, massage, meditation, journaling, and more. We were delighted with a catered lunch that was filling, nutritious, and met everyone's dietary needs.

From the Yoga, to the soak and sauna, to the massage services… This place is amazing! The owners are amazing, kind, and so helpful. I have taken my young daughter to the sauna frequently and have had times where I’ve needed to cancel, and Sandy has been more than willing to help me not only get in for another time but cancel without any hard feelings.
I also have gotten some massages from Aaron, he gives the most amazing massages that make me feel like a brand new person.I have had chronic pain for over a decade, and he has managed to help me more than any other therapy I’ve tried.

Beautiful studio and kind staff. Came here for a private class and a soak with a couple friends and this exceeded my expectation. They were easy to work with to get this class set up and affordable. I hope to come back soon. Baldwin is lucky to have this studio!

These people care. And I believe people make the place. They've cultivated a community that is so accepting and have a brand new space that is just the perfect backdrop for healing. I went in for a massage from Gopi Sandal today and I was on the verge of having my back go out... I left feeling so restored, but also energized. My back is reaping all the benefits and I can't wait to go back and make this part of my regular self-love, self-care practice.

Also, the yoga classes I have been to are absolutely peace-giving. It doesn't matter if you've done yoga or not, it's all about doing what you can, where you are, and nothing more. This is so huge! Many studios feel like a competition, but not OmGrown. And for that, I am so thankful! Love this small town holistic center.
